There is a serious problem here with taking down and receiving the correct order or could be possible theft happening. I walked into the store and ordered. The order in front of me and two behind were wrong. I ordered a meal and I didn't receive one of the two snack wraps. The girl told me the snack wrap meal only comes with one wrap? The picture had 2 and if you order online there is 2. I specifically said very uncomplicated order, a 6a. She even asked size of fry and drink so I knew it was a meal. When I looked at the receipt it does not appear it was rang up as a meal. very nice people, no one was rude. They did fix it. Good also took about 10 min to get. The monitor had quiet a few order ready even though eryones orders were still processing/ not out yet. Just couldnt seem to get anyone's order right... the diet coke was flat and floors were sticky. Franchise owner i would look into this. Maybe just some training is needed and a schedule for the cleaning.

The past two times we have went they have messed up our order. The first time we ordered a spicy mc crispy with no tomatoes or anything, just chicken and bread and they put 6 tomato slices on it. Tonight when we ordered, we were supposed to get 3 double cheeseburgers and one mc crispy but instead we got 2 mc chickens and the other chicken sandwich was so stringy I couldn't even eat it. Very disappointed in this. I know it's McDonalds but yall gotta do better.

As usual McDonald's is good at overcharging you and even better at giving you the wrong order. Avoid this place. The service is slow and the food is not worth the price. I ordered on the app and went through the drive thru to pick it up. The line was slow even though it was 8:00 PM and there were only 3 cars in line including me. When I finally got my food I glanced in the bag and the order looked right. But the order was not right. It was a simple order with no customizations and yet that still proved to be too much for the clowns at McDonald's. By the time I realized it I was too far to turn around and go back and deal with their error.

This place is absolutely horrible. The employees were not at all aware of ehat was going on. It seemed like they were not communicating with each other. The girl at the register was apparently in training and nobody was helping her.. it was a very negative experience and other customers were getting frustrated as well. Which probably didn't help the situation. I feel that this is a management issue more than anything.
