McDonald's Menu Prices at 12625 Westheimer Dr ★3.7 (2647)

I dont about the past, im just gone share my experienc for today. When i came in the place looks so clean, the staf looks so freindly, then they took a order very fast and it was so cheap like 5.81$ two sandwiches and one drink. And right away after i paid the food was ready like this store i think its how Mc donald was suppost to be very fast. And people that write a bad review what a hell you looking for? 6$ two meal and a drink and still complain!! With this price they werent suppost to be this good but they still are so good .

Just came through drive through and Sidel was very rude rushing through my order and lying saying she couldn’t hear through the headset so I drove around to the window and gave her my code and she had a terrible attitude and didn’t want to do her job of taking my order at the window and was very dismissive. I asked if she was okay or having a good day because I just came to order food not to argue with someone who works at McDonalds for minimum wage. The establishment needs to hire people that want to work and that have pleasant customer service. The manager needs to RETRAIN SIDEL.

The manager at this location behaves in an absurd manner. Please be aware that if you try to order food for Curbside or Counter pickup after 9:00 pm, you may have issues picking up your order. Despite the fact that both pickup options are listed as available until 10:00 pm (this is clearly stated on the door and was personally confirmed by the manager herself a few days ago), you may not be able to receive your order using the selected pickup method. The manager has decided on her own to change the operating hours of certain pickup options. If these pickup options are advertised as available until 10:00 pm, customers should be served until 10:00 pm.

At 9:40pm I recived my foot at went to sit down to eat my fries so I could be out at 9:50pm. Someone screamed at me that the lobby was closed. When I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. I later found out thst she was the manager. There is no reason to be so aggressive with your customers.

Do not stop by during the night. There is a lot of homeless people who get hostile easily. The worker who gave me my order seemed to not enjoy being there. I asked for BBQ sauce and he proceeded to drop one BBQ sauce like he was annoyed.
