McDonald's Menu Prices at 4420 Western Center Blvd ★3.3 (1404)

Super rude. Called store to complain about an online order for two 20 pieces nuggets but packed only one box of 20 nuggets in the bag. Didn't apologize and just said call Door Dash then hung up.

I have to say, visiting this location was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had. From the moment I stepped inside, the place was not just slightly dirty. It was truly filthy. As I walked towards the counter to place my order, I couldn’t help but notice the state of the floors. The tiles were sticky, as if no one had bothered to mop them. There were crumbs and bits of food scattered around, some of which had clearly been stepped on and ground into the floor. The floor near the drink station was covered in a mysterious, thick, greasy film, which made me wonder how long it had been there. The tables were no better. When we looked and tried to find a seat, every table I looked at was either sticky, covered in crumbs, or had old, dried-up ketchup stains. I couldn’t help but think how unsanitary this place is, especially considering that it was NOT busy. Will not be coming back.

Not too sure what the point of online ordering when it’s never ready at this particular location. Easily one of the worst McDonalds out there. Just don’t go or go through the drive through.

Rude manager. I made an uber order, and received the wrong items in the bag. Receipt on bag was correct, but the items or orders were all wrong. I had to drive to the store to get the correct order and female manager was rude. There was no apologies or anything just attitude and implying that im lying. The staffs were more professional than she was.

This location is the worst! We constantly have faith that they will magically get better but they only get worse. We constantly get parked for whatever order big or small, we wait for large amount of time only to get home with incorrect orders and or cold disgusting food! When we call to see about getting it resolved,, guess what? No answer! I’ve left message after message and still no urgency to reach out to me. Shame on all who give this kind of service to your customers! I definitely know I’m not the only one! I’ve lost money and that’s what I get for believing that you are going to get better! Night crew desperately needs new management. I’ll see how long it takes for someone to even care about my situation!
