McDonald's Menu Prices at 1664 Basswood Blvd. ★2.4 (116)

Order nugget meal. The nuggets taste like rubber/chewy. Like it was reheated. Not fresh. Drinks are decent but the food isn’t.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald’s. I ordered a McChicken, and when I bit into it, the meat was raw in the middle. That’s completely unacceptable and unsafe. I expected better quality control from such a big company. Definitely lost my appetite and won’t be coming back anytime soon

This is easily the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever visited, and I’ve given it plenty of chances for it to be a fluke. It’s not’s they’re consistently awful.. Multiple times they have messed up our order, even when ordering with the mobile app so I know it was entered correctly, and when I point it out, they treat me like I’m on trial, making me prove that what I ordered is different than what I got. Listen, if I mess up, I’ll buy another. But they ALWAYS put things on my kids’ burgers that they don’t want (onions, pickles), and then treat me like I did something wrong when it was clearly their fault. They’re the closest to our house, but we are now actively driving out of our way to go elsewhere because it’s consistently so bad. When sharing this with my sister-in-law, she told two stories of bad experiences in that store. In one, she needed a refill on her drink (there’s no self-serve fountain), so she asked for one, the employee took it, and then a manager came back with her cup and rudely shouted at her that they “don’t do refills.” In the second, a customer who was in this store at the same time had a mobile order that they had messed up, and they refused to fix it for him, so he threw a fit and dumped his food and drink on the floor before storming out. His reaction was ridiculous, but so is refusing to fix an order they messed up. Anyway, I will not be returning, and I hope this saves others a bad experience. There’s another west of it at Western Center and 35 or one south of it on Blue Mound Rd south of 820. Neither of those is great, but they’re miles better than this one.

Worst Mcdonalds location in the area. The reward/deal codes never work here so don't waste your time. The drive thru line takes years. And if you go inside you have to order on a kiosk. They are not willing to take your order at the register. The staff is extremely rude and clearly do not listen because my order is usually wrong. Will not come to this location again.

Ordered on app , showed up 2-3 mins later. Was told to pull up to last window because food wasn’t ready. Waited 10 mins and like 10 customers go around me and was told it was because the Canadian bacon. I’m not 5 star chef but pretty sure it doesn’t take over 10 mins to cook Canadian bacon. Quality has gone down at this location.
