McDonald's Menu Prices at 1421 N West St ★3.3 (1250)

Consistency is not their strong suit. Multiple drive thru orders have no napkins and no straw. 60% of the time the order isn’t ready and you have to pull off to the side. Happened this morning and once I got the order, no straw, no napkins. It’s the little things that make a difference, and this store never gets it right.

I have came to this establishment many times mostly because anytime I get an order I have to come back. The food is always, wrong, old, or takes way too long. The employees typically act like they do not care or in a bad mood or don’t Engage at all. I don’t recommend anybody go to the location. I would drive out of my to another location just for better food and service because this one has been ridiculous for far too long. It got to this point to where I felt like I needed to say something in a review. Seriously, the worst.

Used to be our favorite McDonald's, but now, it is just awful. How at 2:30 in the afternoon do you think its ok to serve cold fries? Not even remotely warm. Bun on my cheeseburger was stale, very stale like it had sat out for days. Congratulations on not getting one thing right, but we don't have to come back either!

Night shift SUCKS! If they pull you forward to wait they’ll eventually forget about you. They will give you any order in hand, they NEVER get my order right. Not to mention they handle your food like crap. Burgers unwrapped fries upside down. 🤦🏽‍♀️

The 16-year-old looking Latino manager was very rude. I was asked to pull forward and then was not even bringing out all my food. I explained what was missing and told him we got no honey either. He went back in brought the fries that were missing and ketchup. One pack of honey for two number 7 10 piece meals. I went back in to get the honey, and he acted very annoyed and went to look for a honey and handed me three packs. I looked at him and asked why three and he said that that’s all it comes with. So I laid them down on the counter and asked him if two of them go to one meal and the other one goes to the other and he said yes that’s how it usually works. At this point, I lost my cool and we began to argue loudly. He never once apologize for getting the order wrong five times and there were only two people in the lobby and nobody in the drive-through when I got there so they were not busy and still could not get my order correct. I will be letting everyone I know That lives in this area, and I know a lot of people since we’ve lived here for over 20 years not to go to this location because you will not get treated nicely or people even care about your order. This is the worst McDonald’s I have visited in a long time and I frequented this one many times before, but never had this young manager help me. I do not believe he is qualified to be in the position he is in and with the lack of customer service he has I don’t believe he should be working at the front counter in front of people anyway. If I was the manager and he was going to keep his job, he would be back on the Koch line where he did not have to deal with customers because he has no idea how to do that. I will also be posting this online because I’m tired of people thinking they can act like this and just get away with it. I am only assuming no action will be taken against him so I will be making sure everyone knows the service that this facility provides and the type of people they put in management. Thank you and have a great day. Happy Thanksgiving.
