McDonald's Menu Prices at 4435 Commerce Rd ★3.1 (2004)

Oh my Lord! You cannot beat the Croaker Spot! The home-style soul food and seafood is OFF THE CHAIN! Great service too! This is the place when you want to get your EAT ON! And they have Karaoke too!

Honestly, whoever is working the drive thru tonight (a young woman who was at the window about 10:20pm on 11/28) eas very rude. Mind you, this was our first impression of this location. We were so upset by her attitude, we will never be back. I hope they can work on their customer service and treat customers as people going forward. Also, in addition, the place was FILTHY. The employees also looked unclean and I do not recommend eating here for that reason as well. If yiu look at the photo, there is what appears to be a bug leg in my sandwich. I paid for extra mayo, so I opened it to see whh it was so dry. Had I not, I would have eaten this. DO NOT EAT HERE. I ALMOST THREW UP. THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE SOMEONE ILL LIKE THIS.

I came in at 7:30 after placing an order online. The store was open, but no one attended to help me when I arrived. I waited for over 20 minutes before I canceled the order.

Why is it that the staff operating the registers can’t reprint receipts? I ordered at the kiosk and paid at the counter. After I paid for my order, I needed a receipt to turn in. While waiting the employee decided to sit just outside the counter area and proceeded to indulge herself in some phone time with her earbuds in. Once I was able to have someone address the issue, the first person set an order on the counter and just walked away without calling out the order number. The employee that helped with getting the receipt printed told me that they are short help in the back. If you are short staffed then maybe this employee shouldn’t be sitting and on her phone.

If I coild leave a negative score I would. I travel the country and eat at many different places with McDonald's being normally typical fast food. This location is attempted to go through the drive through twice only to be left sitting at the order speaker both times. Then I go inside and order my meal #9 with a mini Ore McFlurry with extra oreo. I had to wait 10 min. To get my food with old cold fries and be told that they are working on the ice cream machine. Keep in mind, my intentions was to have my order to go. No biggie. I sit for 20 min. Eating my meal figuring they would have time to either let me know the ice cream wasn't coming and refund me or have my ice cream made. I ate my entire meal and sat for another 5 min. and nobody had said anything to me. I walk to the counter and see all the employees standing in the kitchen staring at their phones. I said excuse me and they act as if they were surprised and said "Oh, sorry, our ice cream machine is down. Let us refund your money". Come on Richmond. You can do better. A lot better!!!
