Always Hit or Miss – Mostly Miss This location is consistently inconsistent. We usually order through the app and park in a designated spot, but most times the service is really slow. No matter what you order in the drive through they always ask you to pull up or park after you pay. It’s obvious they do this just to clear their drive-through time, not because your order’s almost ready — they are definitely not moving that fast. This last visit, we decided to go inside thinking it might be quicker. Big mistake. It took over 40 minutes just to get one Big Mac and a small fry. Absolutely ridiculous. Order was still wrong as usual. Seems like they are more concerned with the drive thru. Honestly, I’m not even sure what else to say. This store needs serious improvement. Update 9/1 Every time I come here, I order the same burger—no mustard, no pickles, and extra onion. Somehow, they can never seem to get it right. Every single time my order is wrong. At first, I thought maybe it was a language barrier with the cooks, but that can’t be the case since they usually get the “no” part correct. I’ve finally realized the real problem is me—for continuing to come back.

I order my food through the drive thru and they had me park at one of the number spots. I waited 20 minutes and only live a few minutes away from the restaurant. When I got home the food was cold. The fries were the worst I have ever tasted from a McDonald’s (cold and soggy). I asked for a plain burger and the burger had mayo (the McDouble doesn’t even suppose to have Mayo). The chicken nuggets were cold and didn’t taste good. I had to throw away the meal because it was so bad.

It was fine till now. We didn’t receive our full order of our meals that we verbally ordered they drive thru. Upon paying and then picking up order on the next window we were missing our fry’s and spend for one order. The young worker asked to see the receipt. They took it then a Mexican lady manager came and said we weren’t charged for a meal. We told her we said we wanted the #9 which I would think meant meal as I ordered #2 and didn’t have a problem with that meal. The manager then said you should have said you wanted the meal and I said well the boy did ask me for the other meal numbers if I wanted it med. or large. What was the difference then? Anyhow of their mistake of their drive thru order person we also did we cna just purchase an order of fry’s. She told us no. That we had to go back to the back of the drive thru and state over. For something that wasn’t our fault? At this point I could have just given myself the order and charged myself and asked myself the questions of what kind of #9 I wanted. I thought that was the employees job to do. Ridiculous.

Service is a bit slow sometimes waiting on someone to come to the counter or getting the food after ordering tableside, however the food is always hot and fresh. The atmosphere is not the greatest. Their is so many high school kids in there during the day that you can't even sit anywhere, and don't even get me started with the rudeness they display with sitting on the tables and cursing.

So one day I went thru drive through and the guy taking the money, a chubby guy, acting like he didn't want to be there and had a attitude about him. The second day, because I had to get breakfast, the lady taking my order with heavy accent can't get anything right. I can't drink sugar so I asked her for sweetener in my coffee and they gave me coffee with sugar. I asked her to please change it. She disappeared for less than 10 seconds and came back and I know she gave me the same coffee. I had to go in there and insist to get a black coffee where I put my own sweetener in. It's crazy because I'm a diabetic. You're talking about People's health here! This McDonald's sucks they need to weed out these incompetent people
