McDonald's Menu Prices at 3957 Legacy Dr ★3.6 (1073)

I do door dash so I go to a lot of McDonalds and observe the atmosphere, service, and operations of soda fountains. Today I am at this location as a customer. The service from staff is out of this world. The team service experience staff member is attentive to everyone she sees and so polite and helpful! Not only to customers but other workers. She is maintaing the lobby quickly and efficiently. I wish I could have caught her name. I sat in the lobby about 30 mins, she took orders, cleaned up the lobby. This is one of the cleanest stores. I just ordered a couple of items. The apple pie was on of the best I have had recently. It says a lot when the fountain area is clean and the soda is so crisp and fresh.I wouldn't normally review a McDonald's bit this location is impressive and it should be noticed for good food, cleanliness, and service.

My order took 31 minutes to be ready, however it had missing items. When I went back to request the items missing the attendant basically told me it was my fault for ordering through the app at 1021 because breakfast ends at 1030. Sounds like this is an internal operational issue not the guests fault. Second she started raising her voice at me for telling her I didnt need to know all that and I just wanted the missing food. The manager came to the window to also blame me for ordering late, was rude, poor communication and poor custoner service skills that did nothing to properly deescalate. He also proceeded to scratch my car to get my attention since my window was rolled up. Pulled me forward despite not having cars behind me waiting. The purpose of 2 lanes and moving cards forward is to speed up the service times, not so that the GM can make their bonus on fake speedy times. Took another 5 minutes to bring my missing food, no apology, no empathy, sheer anger in his face! Im writing this because this isn't the first time this location has taken long, missing items. But its the closest McDonald's to my house and didnt want to drive the extra 2 miles. I could not believe the level of incompetence from the attendant, and more so the "manager".

This is the best McDonald’s!! The food is good and the service is fast but what sets it apart is the friendly staff. Everyone that works here is so polite and welcoming. A stop here for breakfast is always a great start to my day

This McDonald’s is amazing. Every time I go they get my order right, they don’t take long, and I leave happy. I’ve never had any problems! (Merry Christmas) 😜

Get your Big Mac here! This is the only McDonald’s that offers FREE extra sauce. Who doesn’t love an extra saucy Mac???? Also use your app and get MORE free stuff. All this was $4.36!!! You can’t eat at home cheaper. Love this McDonald’s and we eat out a TON. This place is clean, fast, and friendly. Best McDonald’s is the area! Even the local customers were fun and raves about this place. :) :) :)
