McDonald's Menu Prices at 5004 State Hwy 121 ★3.6 (2075)

Only reviewing last night’s experience. We ordered two Buffalo Ranch Chicken sandwiches, and while everything else on the sandwiches was correct, they made them with hamburgers patties. This is your ADVERTISE & new “special” menu item, how do you get the wrong protein on it? Additionally, we placed a mobile order, waited thirty minutes for them to bring it curbside, and I finally had to go in to pick it up. Lastly, no one would answer the phone, either at the location or the main customer service number.

Today I visited this place. Order: 2 burgers, fries, and a pie. Out of the two burgers that were served, not a single one was what I ordered. The second burger with fish was old and almost cold, so I went to have it replaced. After waiting a few minutes, I did receive a new “fresh” burger. The bun was indeed fresh, but the fish patty was very dark in color, which makes me think the oil in the fryer was old and burnt. When I returned to eat the second burger, I realized it was not the one I ordered at all. I had to replace it again. They finally gave me the correct burger, but when I started eating it, it was completely soaked in grease (I think they didn’t drain the fat after taking the meat off the grill). The burger was also poorly assembled: everything was falling apart and sliding out — which shouldn’t happen. This was a terrible experience. None of the staff apologized or tried to fix the situation in any way. I am completely disappointed and do not recommend this place. To be fair, the dining area and restrooms were clean — the woman who was taking care of the cleaning was outstanding. Only because of her I am giving a slightly higher rating than the lowest possible.

I was very disappointed with my visit today. I found a cockroach in my French fries at this McDonald’s. I showed it to the staff, and they only refunded my fries without saying a single word of apology. This is a serious hygiene issue, and I hope the management will take it seriously and improve their cleanliness and customer service.

I don’t like when things are missing from my order. When i called them and explained, they preferred to hang the phone and run away from the problem. Then they just disconnected the phone It was on Monday-Feb-2nd between 19:30-20:30 If it was my business i would have fired all the people there, this is not how you run a business You had one job and you failed.

I can only speak from personal experience, but I’ve liked this location for a while. I come here to draw constantly and the employees here have been rather nice. I honestly hate the way most McDonald’s looks now a days and I don’t like the idea of the kiosks replacing the cashiers most of the time. However, their biggest improvement as of late are the delicious McCrispy Tenders which are a massive improvement. And not only am I happy to finally see them return, and that they’ve been consistently good, but that they’ve announced it being a permanent part of their menu. Major plus on my part. And unlike some people’s opinions, I still think their fries are awesome. What make their new tenders so good is that it tastes like a vastly improved version of the Chicken Selects. It has the same breading as the Selects with that nice peppery coat to it, but it has the improved meat that’s better than the Buttermilk Tenders that they had 5 years ago. Classic breading, better meat, and you’ve got gold. And as a Chicken Tender Connoisseur, I’m very impressed with the McCrispy Tenders. If they can find a way to bring back the chocolate ice cream and restore their establishment to looking more old school/classic/retro instead of blocky, dull, & grey, then it will be an even bigger improvement. Still, finally giving the customers what they want, bringing back the chicken tenders which finally places like Wendy’s are following up on, and delivering on it in a big way while also starting a new food wars with their wraps, is a step in the right direction and a huge improvement. As long as they continue to keep the tenders on the menu, offer new deals and rewards including adding the tenders to the rewards program, and making more consistent improvements, I’ll gladly keep coming back.
