McDonald's Menu Prices at 1110 W Centerville ★3 (3286)

Not once but twice was I given a raw burger and when I told the cashier about it the first time she didn’t even looked surprised. Manager comes back with the second one which i checked at the place and yet again raw and handed it back to him. Third time he gives it and the audacity to be mad for someone to complain about a raw burger. I would not suggest anyone go to this place. will never go to this place again. just horrible from customer service to food and time wasted.

Ordered through the app for pickup. Hit the "I'm here" tab a minute before parking. Waited in the curbside pickup over 3 minutes and saw the drive through line moving quick. I'm like what is taking so long with my order. After drive through finished serving 7 or 8 vehicles the cook came out bringing curbside their orders. Why have the option to order through the app and wait in curbside for pickup if they are only going to focus on drive thru and dine in orders first. On top of that it seem like they were short staffed. The cook brought my order but forgot the kid's meal drink. Get home and find out that one of my double bacon quarter pounders is not even done.

I can honestly say that this location is probably the worst one I’ve ever been to. Every time I come they managed to mess something up (mind you I get the same order every time I come a simple kids meal extra fries with a Coke) and for some reason, they still manage to give me the wrong thing or simply keep me waiting. Recently I placed a curbside order. They said it was ready and they had me waiting for 15 minutes. I had to literally go inside to retrieve my order. Like I reiterated earlier, this location is trash. Go anywhere else I’m convinced they hired a bunch of people that don’t care about their job. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!

Often times it takes a long time to get food. Always makes me feel like an idiot when I'm waiting 10 minutes on fries because I chose to come inside. Idk if it's a lack of employees or what :( I just wanted some QUICK fries after grocery shopping

I had such a wonderful experience at this location today. I always request fresh fries and nuggets and don’t mind the wait. Annabell didn’t make me feel bad for asking and made sure that she double checked with everyone in the kitchen to be sure I got everything hot and fresh out of the fryer! Claudia, her manager, commended her for a job well done when I thanked her for the wonderful service today. She made sure that I knew it was because of Annabell and complimented her while I was still there. That, to me, shows exceptional management of her team! It’s so hard to find good service anywhere these days and I have to commend everybody at this location for my wonderful experience today!
