McDonald's Menu Prices at 3285 Broadway Blvd ★3.1 (2374)

This was my 3rd visit to this McDonalds and I have to say this is one of the worst locations with the staff - I mean I don't know if they are just in a rush, simply don't pay attention or just can't read a screen and its just sad. Every time I have been has been incorrect but today was it for me I ordered a Caramel Frappe - NO WHIP - extra caramel drizzle, a #6 with a sweet Tea Girl hands me a Frappe topped with whip cream with the extra caramel drizzle - I said - I ordered with NO WHIP CREAM - she says - Oh - no whip and the takes it back and scoops the whip cream off with all the drizzle and then puts a lid and hands it back - I asked where my extra caramel drizzle was and she said - its in there - I asked - Where because you just scooped it all off - so I just said nevermind - as she stared to close the window - I stated I am short a sweet tea - she said - a sweet tea - I said yes - she grabs a cup that had ice and fills it up with tea and hands it to me - I drove off About 10 minutes later - my grandson calls - Grandma my tea is unsweetened Go figure - these people want $15 or more an hour and cannot even pay attention or read a canister - Sweet - Unsweet Its not that hard - just sucks because with inflation - food is expensive and I work hard for my money and when you don't get what you order or pay for its frustrating

Because the phone line was busy and I wanted to handle this privately, I’m now left with no choice but to leave this review. I visited this McDonald’s location tonight and specifically asked for my Filet-O-Fish to be made fresh. Unfortunately, when I got home, it was anything but. The sandwich was cold, oily, dark, dry, and clearly had been sitting for a while. Since it was late and this location isn’t close to where I live, returning wasn’t an option. This was my first time visiting this McDonald’s, and I’m genuinely frustrated that I couldn’t even enjoy the simple meal I paid for.

I called multiple times regarding my food. The fish filet was dark and very greasy I took two bites and couldn’t bring myself to eat anymore. After sitting in the long line you would think everything would be fresh. I even asked the young man that took my order, “may I please have fresh food. The only thing that was ok was the drink. And on the call attempts the phone doesn’t even ring it automatically disconnects.

It was close to 7pm today when I came to pick up an order. This young man with hazel eyes with dark skin and dark curly hair gave me a hard time. I couldnt catch his name. I work for Door Dash and I was trying to scan the order for a pick up. I am deaf and mute, I tried to communicate with him and he ignored me. I had to repeat myself showing him the pick up order. He refused to hand over the bag for me to scan it. He kept it out of reach away from the counter and I couldn't scan it. I am required to scan the order to confirm pick ups. I got upset and reached over to grab the bag to scan it. He finally let it go. He needs to treat customers and people with disabilities better. Do you let employees ignore people who needs assistance?

None of the sodas came out right. The left side did not work for Dr Pepper then the one on the right was just carbonation. Asked for an empty fry holder and was told no and she walked away. Food was okay.
