McDonald's Menu Prices at 9403 Garland Road ★3.5 (1077)

Went trough the drive thru placed our order while it was difficult to hear the person taking to the order we managed to here them they repeated our order we pull forward. Get to pay they say they have no order for a 2 happy meals, the gentleman in the red jacket calls a manager because he couldn’t find our order, manager heavier set Hispanic in a blue collar shirt comes to window stares us down as to intimidate us and proceeds to say to us in a combative manner that we went trough the drive thru and didn’t place an order, that he watched us just drive in without ordering complete lie the person that took our order even repeated back . Two only because the younger gentleman in the red jacket and the woman in the pink sweater were very kind in correcting the mistake

No speaky English here. Hard to communicate with foreigners. Food not great. Fries OK... But if you put enough salt on anything like McDonalds does to its fries, then anything is OK. Over-priced also. Cheaper to go to Chili's across the street and the food is better (it's actually hot). Homeless people wandering around outside and one was sleeping in the bathroom stall (snoring).

This very unacceptable!!!!! This location must want to be hit with a lawsuit…. First, I ordered a bacon quarter pounder I made it to Jupiter and realized my burger didn’t have bacon. I go back and let them know it didn’t have any bacon on it. They ask for the receipt which I understand you need proof I paid for the bacon. I give my receipt and bag to them for them to correct it. They come back less than 1 minute later and give me the bag No receipt. But that’s fine cause to my knowledge the error has been fixed. I get all the way home, change to sit down and eat only to discover my burger is not cooked thoroughly. It’s definitely still pink. Which makes me wonder if mine isn’t cooked, potentially, everybody that was in front of me have to have uncooked food as well. I’ve attempted to call several times tonight and the phone was just ringing and now it’s giving a busy signal. Your location wasn’t that busy so the meat could have been cooked all the way there was no rush or long lines. The workers were actually just standing around and talking amongst each other. There is no excuse for this because now I’m the one at risk to get sick for eating uncooked meat. I will contact corporate and whoever else till the proper people are notified and it is rectified.THIS IS IS NOT CORRECT AND UNSAFE FOR CONSUMPTION!!!! I only took two bites and the only thing I can do I pray I didn’t eat much and don’t get sick.

Great service, thank you Lydia for the grinch fries. They are amazing! Fast easy and friendly service all around. Will definitely drive here.

Not even sure why people still go here. They are drive-thru only and you still have to wait 15 minutes for an incorrect order with 2 cars in the queue. Might as well shut this place down and open an In-N-Out instead.
