ALL THE REVIEWS ARE TURE ABOUT THIS PLACE. also the employees are WAY to comfortable. they don’t wear gloves while making orders. management and employees don’t act as coworkers, they are acting as friends. you see employees eating the food and icees that’s meant for costumers. also this location closes at 12:00 am, they close this restaurant 30 to 45 minutes earlier almost every night. there are certain woman employees that are very rude when they are talking to you. this place is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. COMPLETELY.

I had a 50 dollars order waited at curbside for 20 min. When I called to confirm I didn't get a apology she did say give us 3 more min mam, but that's was it then on top of that when they brought the food out she was rude and walk off. 20 min for a 50 dollar order it's like a bunch of teens are Managers , Mgmt needs to retrain or hold members accountable for service.

Trash service Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and a medium fry. Waited at the pay window for 10 minutes. Someone finally showed up and I payed, told to go to the pick up window and sat for another 10 minutes and then was told to pull up to spot 1 and wait some more. So after a total of 25 minutes the food came out and the order was wrong. I do not understand how something so simple can be done so wrong. I walked I side and the employees were just standing around talking to each other, took 4 mins to get the fries I paid for that were not in the bag I waited 25 minutes for. Will never come to this location again Bad service Bad attitudes No customer service

I’m leaving a review because this is the second time within a week I’ve had horrible service. I ordered food asked for a SPRITE. Got to the window and they confirmed the wrong order. I can understand that it’s a 2 lane drive thru so we corrected that. Get to the 2nd window and they have a Large Powerade. I said no ma’am I asked for a Sprite not a Powerade. The lady says well the receipt says Powerade. I respond but I asked for a Sprite. Again a simple mistake that could be fixed. She refused to change the drink. I was like this is ridiculous just give me the drink at this point because I’m not gonna argue with you about what I ordered. The person taking the order made a simple mistake and I was fine with that but it was the refusal to correct it. I’m at a point I HATE this location. Just exchange the drink it’s not like I had a small and asked for a large I ordered a drink of the same size just wanted what I ordered! I’ll just take the extra few minutes to go to the other location not fair down the street it’s been too many problems here. Customer service is TRASH!

Move to window. 6 minutes late( the rest of my food now colder) Fresh fries rolled eyes, can i please have bbq sauce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? Thank you! I swear McDonalds has the world in st customer service
