Service Is Terrible Now. They constantly mess up the orders. Recently went there and ordered: 2 Sausage Biscuits 1 Sausage McMuffin with NO CHEESE Received: 2 Sausage McMuffins WITH CHEESE 🧀 🤮😡 1 Sausage Biscuit I called them a total of 14 times. They either did not answer the phone, took the phone off the hook or would hang up the phone. I never spoke with anyone about the mess. Another experience. Went into the location to keep them from messing up the order. Worst Service. They only want you to use the kiosk. They REFUSE to help with the kiosk. They refused to take any orders on the register. They refused to take any cash. Numerous people were very upset about the service and just started walking out. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE. Refused to help. Refused to answer questions. He just turned his back on everyone. They need help at this location. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I went around 11:30pm on Saturday January 31. My order was taken, pulled up to pay and the gentleman was very friendly and smiled. I pulled up to the pick up window and this gentleman was also friendly and offered to give me a cup of whip cream for my puppies. I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness even when the manager(?) got upset with him. Thank you to both young men for the great customer service!

This was one of the most uncomfortable fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The manager was openly yelling at employees and calling them “stupid” in front of customers. It was loud, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing to witness. No one deserves to be treated like that at work, especially over fast food. The environment felt tense and hostile, and it completely ruined the visit. If this is how management treats staff, it says a lot about the culture here. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who expects basic respect and professionalism. On top of that, they got our order wrong and when I asking for our missing burger it seemed to be a hassle to do their job. She is yelling at all employees in the back in middle of a dinner rush and it’s truly uncomfortable.

2nd review of this McDonalds. The staff has become increasingly unfriendly and not customer service minded. And I found it to be impossible for them to fulfill a simple order. Today, I asked if they could start with a plain bagel, add 1 sausage patty and 1 slice of cheese, and nothing else. The order taker said yes, and asked if I wanted egg and breakfast sauce on it. I said nope. Just bagel, sausage and cheese only. He said ok. My receipt had "Special Request" on it even. The lady taking payments never looked at me, took my card and almost tossed it back at me. The person handing out the bags said bacon cheese bagel? I said nope. She swapped around some bags and handed me mine. Keep on mind, the drive through was not busy. Maybe 4 or 5 cars. This is the only option I have for breakfast that's close to my work. Anyway, I got sausage, cheese, egg and sauce. I guess im lucky it was on a bagel. And I guess it just can't happen for me at this location. Picture included.

if i could give them one star !!!! I WOULD ! the manager HISPANIC MALE told me i need to listen & pay attention . after MY order was Taken wrongly ! and based off the reviews IT HAPPENS OFTEN ! — instead of being a manager and doing what most managers do and apologizing for the mishap instead i get told i need to listen and pay attention! Like excuse me ? Then was told i need to never come back . Just MISERABLE!
