Took the grandkids there since there is an indoor play area. Purchased 2 cheeseburger happy meals with bottled water (like it says on the screen I order from) 1 burger was ketchup and pickles the other normal. Also ordered 2 cheeseburger meal with a coke and medium lemonade and 2 oreo mcflurries. We received 2 happy meals with no burgers in the the boxes, 1 straw for 2 drinks and no bottled waters and m&m mcflurries. I went to the counter 4 different times. When she gave me waters it was in cups. I said I ordered bottled water like it says on your screen. She said this is how we do it. Maybe they should change the screen. They remade the correct mcflurries. One of the regular cheeseburgers had mayo on it and needed to be replaced. Absolute example of not paying attention. The manager was treating me like I did something wrong. But I guess after the 4th time to the counter and said get it together she didn't like that. Mind you I never raised my voice due to setting an example to my grandchildren. Time to find a better place to go

The service is very slow. I ordered at the kiosk and it took about 20 minutes for the food to come out and it was wrong. While I was waiting, there were several people that came inside from the drive thru line outside just to try to get their food. No one working seemed to care or even tried to help. Definitely won't be back to this location.

Absolutely unacceptable. (January 8, 2026) This was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. The man working the counter flat-out refused to take orders and told everyone they had to use the kiosks — yet the kiosks were out of paper, so customers had no way of knowing their order numbers or when their food was ready. Complete chaos. The food was just as bad. Burgers were slapped together with no sauce at all, and the nuggets were clearly old and stale. Nothing was fresh, nothing was done with care. To make things worse, the employee at the counter had terrible customer service — rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. The lobby was out of control with a bunch of kids hanging around, not buying anything, and playing in the restrooms. No supervision, no structure, no order. This location desperately needs new management. There is zero organization, zero professionalism, and zero accountability here. I will not be returning.
