McDonald's Menu Prices at 1050 W Frankford ★3.3 (1861)

I am not McDonalds lovers. I interested in buying something to eat. I went on drive-through and ordered Mc Nuggets and McCrispy strip, but the lady who took my order said it's a sandwich spicy or not. I said spicy, "I repeat again, that is sandwich?"She said yes. Arrived home, I was googling McCrispy strip. It's different between McCrispy Sandwich and McCrispy strip. It's took my time to drive to McDonald's. I wonder if McDonald company training their employees being friendly, not rude, and marketing to know their new products, which one the customer wants. By the way, McCrispy strip is chicken tender without crispy taste.

if i could give zero stars i would, the franchise manager came in screaming at all the customers threatening to call the police because of a birthday party that was previously approved by the store manager. Lupe and the owner have no professional manners to resolve issues at the store, their only way is to scream, and tell you to get out in 2 minutes or you will be arrested. cool way to loose customers

I ordered a bacon egg cheese bagle with extra bacon extra breakfast sauce extra butter and a steak egg cheese bagle on the app I waited for 20 minutes and when I got my ordered I was told by mcdonald's worker steak egg cheese bagle not knowing I ordered a bacon egg cheese bagle as well I went back told them they forgot my bacon egg cheese bagle with extra sauce extra butter extra bacon they gave me a normal bacon egg cheese bagle I told them they forgot the extra things I paid for I send it back and receive it correctly when I get home and open my sandwichs I realize they gave me a bacon egg cheese bagle not the steak egg cheese bagle I ordered

Make you always pull up to get food when no one is behind you like they trying to keep a time limit like they suck no one speaks enghlish they need a English speaking person taking orders terrible . If I wanted to wait in my car I go inside to order to get food. Do better hire people who speak English

Never have I ever been able to place a mobile order and just get my stuff.....I figured ok let me order AHEAD OF TIME 12:45PM I didnt leave my house till 1:05...now i am here and watching 4 other cars leave the drive thru and have to park ....make that 5 cars that have had to wait... **********************Update**************** The link given to me in the reply doesn't work, i mean, why would you give someone a working link to complain about the poor service that you received?I would give somebody a fake link as well... Still, trying to figure out why I keep ordering ahead. And they keep having me wait up to ten to twenty minutes in an empty parking lot to get my order.
