McDonald's Menu Prices at 17606 Midway Rd ★2.8 (2740)

I came around 2 in the morning in the first line and waited a good 10 mins cause no one was taking orders , I get to the window she looking at me like it’s my fault . I order two chicken wraps , she said to pull up in park in mobile one , they making I fresh and it smelled like Tabacco products and had green leafy speaks that’s not lettuce. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before . So I know that’s no pepper ! NEVER EAT HERE !!

Come to get some food on a location that suppose to be 24hrs and to have cones blocking the drive way and some rude lady telling me when I get in the lobby that they are closed because they only have 2 people. Thats a poor excuse of a worker. Dont have a sign that says 24 hrs open, if your not committed to work 24 hrs. Will definitely not return to this location.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service here was unbelievably rude. I waited 12 minutes for my food, and when I finally got it, it was cold and wrong. I politely asked if it could be remade, and instead of even acknowledging me, the employee just slammed the window in my face. No “we’ll fix it,” no explanation — nothing. After waiting again, it was clear they didn’t even remake my meal. It looked like they just threw some bacon on top and handed it back Completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and not worth the money or time. I would recommend the McDonald’s on 6220 W Park Blvd Plano, TX. They have better food quality, and have customer service skills. Also to the rude girl at the window , loose the attitude and learn customer service babe. Couldn’t even bring myself to eat this meal because the bacon looked raw and just didn’t look appetizing. The box that says Double is from the Plano location for reference!!!!! Compared to that nasty and unappetizing thing in the first photo….

I’ve gone here for a long time and I love the staff I haven’t had a bad experience I just wish the burritos didn’t stay under the heat lamps for so long because the tortilla sticks to the wrapper 9/10 times and it just rips the burrito apart that’s all I ask

The photo speaks for itself. The advertised mccrispy vs the tiny chicken patty they gave me. It also tasted horrible. I had to order nuggets and couldn’t eat more than two bites of this.
