McDonald's Menu Prices at 5020 City Line Ave ★3 (2318)

Im from out of town, but this had to be one of the worse managed stores I have ever come across in my short time on this plane of existence. You drive up to the drive thru and you could be there anywhere from 15 mins + simply waiting to order. I waiting over an hour this morning at the drive thru to pick up my mobile order and no one "working" decided to even acknowledge me. Since im from out of town I decided to wait and observe since I was so in awe of there incompetence. Girl with orange girl has a hude attitude problem as well. She Started separating salt and sugar at the drive thru with me waiting there, didnt even look me in the eyes. This place should be removed from Philly because it is really dragging down the whole area. Ps. Multiple doordash orders came thru not being able to pick up their order

I’m currently in line at 8:30pm and there is not a single sole in the drive thru or inside and they are refusing to take orders because they get off at 9pm. The owner of this location needs to take note. I spoke with the manager who closed the window seeking to understand what was going on. My plans are to also report this to corporate. This is completely unacceptable.

Worst fast food experience of my life. Night manager seems like she's never spoken to humans before. I waited in line in the drive through for 25 minutes. There was no speaker to order at. No one was at the first window so I pulled forward to the 2nd window. Manager was there a s looked at me like I had two heads. Treated me like I had done something wrong and told me to go to the back of the line. I told her I waited at the previous window as a no one was there... and treated me like garbage and refused to take my order. This restaurant should be closed and the staff should be fired.

Ordered on DoorDash. This McDonalds forgot the fries and extra sauce I paid for, and made one of the most disgusting burgers I’ve ever seen. Stone cold yet at the same time burned to a blacked dirty-grill-crisp on the bottom. Got a full refund from DoorDash and not stupid enough to order from this dump again!

They are SLOW. I don't know if it was due the the amount of orders, a staffing issue, management or a combination. This was the third time I ordered from there and had to wait 5-10 minutes for my order. It didn't matter if I ordered o. The app for counter pickup, curbside pickup or ordered inside. The staff there is hit or miss. My experience is has been barely acceptable to poor customer service and attitudes.
