McDonald's Menu Prices at 9970 Bustleton Ave ★3.1 (2270)

This location likes to make its own hours and closes when it feels like it. 24 hours yet is closed during an evening dinner time hour. Turning people away at drive-thru. Even when asked I thought you were 24 hours, it's answered by female saying no we're closed.

This must be one of the worse McDonalds in the area. There were literally 2 people in the store and 1 car at drive through. We had to wait 20 minutes to get the food. The food finally came out made as sloppy as it can get. Sandwiches are all slid to the side, sauce is all over the buns. Staff are all teens who don’t care. Why would they when manager doesn’t care. They brought our food all in hands without tray. I asked if they have trays and they said we don’t have any. Looking at the counter there are piles of trays, they just don’t want to use and clean them afterwards. Came to the counter to get catchup and everyone just stands there and chat and look at me without coming over. I asked if they all were “busy” and finally someone came over unwillingly to give me catchup. The stations with napkins are all empty. Terrible service, terrible staff.

This is for the staff who worked the evening shift on February 15. If you hate your job that much, then please find something else, because you have no right to make others’ lives miserable. My dad was trying to pick up an online order at this location. The app clearly said to pick up from the counter, and his order was already at the counter . However, the lady at the front asked him to go to the drive-thru instead. At the drive-thru, they told him to cancel the order and redo it because they didn’t have it in their system. The app showed that the order had gone through and could not be canceled, so he went back to the counter. The cashier at the counter then made him wait while helping other customers place new orders, even though his order was already ready for pickup. I don’t understand what joy people get from making a simple situation difficult for someone. To the cashier/front-end worker, I sincerely hope you learn to treat others with kindness. God bless!!

I was hesitant to stop at this location because of the recent reviews but I'm glad I overlooked those and came in for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Sandwiches were well prepared, coffee was very good. Service was quick and all condiments were included. One of the best drive-thru experiences at any McDonald's within a 5 mile radius.

I bought the beverage drink( sweet tea) and I went to the customer service to ask to refill them but the refused the refill. I don’t want to go here anymore.
