McDonald's Menu Prices at 7901 Oxford Ave ★3.5 (1187)

Honestly how do you sell food like this, I ordered door dash the sandwhich came with the receipt on it stating add cheese for a charge, I get the sandwhich no cheese and the bun is ripped in half but of course I get charged extra. This is not the first time I dealt with nonsense like this from this McDonald's. It's a great scam to ask for things get charged for them and not receive them and it's all due to employee incompetents it's not hard to read what is on the receipt yet these people go on strike for wanting 20 plus dollars an hour to screw up more orders it's insane. I only go here because my 5 year old likes MCnuggets and it's literally 5 mins from my house. I sat in the drive threw the other night for ten minutes to finally have someone come and tell me there closed at 1150 pm when the website and google states 24 hours my pregnant wife requested McDonald's and had to tell her sorry. It's just McDonald's I get it but if you're gonna run a business maybe do it properly 🤷

This place is an absolute disgrace. It says OPEN 24/7, yet here I am at 2 a.m. and the doors are locked, lights off, everything shut down. Do you think people drive here in the middle of the night for fun? Pathetic management, lazy staff, and straight-up false advertising. If you can’t handle being open 24/7, then don’t lie about it. Shame on you for wasting people’s time and gas. This is the most unprofessional, incompetent excuse for a McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Whoever runs this dump should be embarrassed

Had a small problem that was promptly and professionally handled by not only the employee in the drive through window but also the manager. They displayed great communication and professional courtesy to keep up with high customer satisfaction. Manager of this location should be proud of how her staff treats its customers. Great Job team!

This used to be my favorite fast food restaurant but constantly forgetting items on my Uber Eats order, missing my burger today, last time it was nuggets, the time before it was nugget sauce. My kids get milkshake and they never ever add straws. There is zero attention to detail for delivery orders, I mean zero, like a toddler out the bag together . I had to reorder my burger today and pay extra shipping, unreal . What exactly happened to this place?

My order: 2 double cheeseburgers, one which looked like a bowling ball was dropped on it 1 quarter pounder w/cheese which was lukewarm and barely edible 1 10 piece chicken McNuggets with two sauces, neither of which were included 1 medium fries. I should have mentioned to them to cook the fries, I guess? 1 recipe, not provided Maybe if they were as interested in getting things done properly as they were in checking their phones, it would have been better. Basically this was a waste of twenty some dollars.
