They always and I mean always forget to put food in the back and then when I get home and realize that they forgot they don’t ever and I am ever answer their phone or call back. I have also attached a photo of raw chicken I got from them and guess what when I tired to call about that 2 different time and left a message 2 different time I never got a call back. The employees are not the best workers either but what should you really except from them.

I was shopping in the area and it was getting late so I picked up lunch for my wife, toddler and myself. I drive the 15 minutes home to eat and notice the sandwiches sure feel light so imagine my surprise when checking our chicken sandwiches to find that the chicken is nowhere to be found. Either that or it’s a new invisible chicken sandwich. Now the store was already behind and I had to pull up behind other cars to wait for my food which is poor management to begin with when lunch rush is about to start. Then they clearly tried to pass off some bread as a full sandwich to rush me out of there. So I had to drive 15 minutes back up with a hangry toddler whose happy meal is now ice cold just so I can ask for the meals to be remade plus a full refund for the inconvenience. Now all they did was replace the two screwed up sandwiches. So the rest of our food was ice cold but hey at least we got our sandwiches. Be weary of the shady practices at this restaurant. I never did get refunded either or even a gift card for the amount I paid, but that’s OK, the corporate offices have been notified to this shady location and I imagine they’ll make it right.

The Big Arc, everyone. So fresh, they haven’t cooked it yet

I wouldn't eat inside if you plan on staying for any length of time. They got my order wrong... ....again. And, they have also decided they will not do refills on drinks anymore. Why? I think we all know the reason. If you love having C-minus experiences while being thirsty at the same time, then this is your place! I don't plan on ever coming back.

2/4/2026. At about 2:15 pm. I paid at first window then get to second window the big girl doesn't even talk at all that's fine whatever its normal at this location. So there is a suburban truck pulled up infront of me waiting for food I guess so there is not enough room for me to go around ( obviously if you know how long of a truck those are) so I just waited a minute for them to pull up a little more so I can get by, this rude little snotty employee with black hair tells me umm what you can't around everyone does just go while rolling her eyes. While the other employees are smiling about it. Rude employees trying to rush me when clearly I didn't have room to go around yet, why didn't they tell the other person to pull up more since they were holding up the line not me! Nasty employees I'm reporting this location always cold food anyway and never even speak unless they're trying to rush you away from the window
