McDonald's Menu Prices at 14235 Puritas Rd ★3.3 (2162)

They took 3 orders before me and not the cleaness staff are hood. Took them 14min for a simple order of a mchicken meal. Won’t stop here again

My first time here & on the west in a long time . My first look inside McDonalds gorgeous, I then went to the restroom absolutely clean & no smell . I then went to place my order with no long wait time but I received my order the food was delicious & pippin hot freshly cooked. Awesome!! 😇 I had to talk to the manager to express how excellent the service for. If anyone is on the west visited the Mc Donald ‘s at 14235 Puritus road, you will enjoy the service experience & the hot food. Thank you McDonald

Bad customer service! On December 31, 2025 i ordered breakfast on the app. I got a text that said the order was ready so I proceeded to grab it. When I arrived I was too late for breakfast and it was canceled. I replied, "it was paid for". The food service worker very rudely said you will get a refund. Its February 3, 2026 and I have NOT gotten my money! Ive called, emailed, and even went into this restaurant. The manager cannot help me because the order was done on the app but there is no way to call anyone on the app and every email is answered with an auto generated message. I work hard for my money. Its a shame that I can just have it taken from me!!

The staff seemed completely overwhelmed with only 3 cars in the drive thru and 2 people inside, but were still moving with zero sense of urgency, moving and responding and ridiculously slow speeds. I ordered a cheeseburger, fish filet, and a coke. Sat at the drive thru window for a long time waiting after i paid. Finally got my order and there was no ice in my drink. I told the window girl, who told the employees in the back. She came back and said "they don't seem to care". When I asked if she was serious, she said "well, they'll have to refill it, and I don't know if you feel like waiting, or...." so whatever, I chose not to wait. I parked to look at my food because considering the service so far and the the carelessness I could see in the kitchen, I knew it would be crap. My burger had one pickle, and my fish filet had lettuce and tomato on it. I went back in to get a normal filet, waited again for a very long time even tho there was only ONE other person inside and he was only ordering a 6 piece nugget. Finally the guy behind the counter mumbled something incoherent to me, I told him I wanted a normal filet without lettuce and tomato, to which he replied with some other mumble before slinking to the back, as slowly as possible, only to return with a filet that had probably 4 times the normal amount of tarter sauce, which I'm sure was on purpose since I asked for the correct order. Keep in mind, I made no mention of the crap cheesburger and the drink with no ice. The staff seems unable to handle any amount of orders, and even more so, do not seems to want to be there. Aside from the employee who took my money (guy with long red hair), everyone else there seems like they're angry they have to do the work they're being paid to do, with sighs and "ughh" 's whenever they have to do something to fufill an order, with zero courtesy, zero customer service, and a bad attitude. I suggest the owner restructures by firing the staff and rehiring completely. Until then, don't ever, EVER, go to this McDonald's.

This McDonalds is close to the house so most times it’s our go to. The service is hit or miss. Mostly miss. The inside dining is always a disaster as you can see from the photos. 90% of the time the fries are cold. When you ask for fresh and hot fries, it’s an issue. I usually do drive thru but this time I went inside. The kitchen looks horrible. I think we will find another McDonalds to visit. Somebody needs to monitor this place and get it together.
