Only accepting mobile orders on A Saturday night is crazy. I downloaded the app placed my order which was a COMBO with a 6 piece nugget. Waited 15 minutes for my order. To my surprise, no fries in the bag. I pull back around. MIND YOU....I was the only one in the drive-thru, so I'm not sure why the fries weren't in the bag the FIRST TIME. The fries were cold and I'm sure the sandwich is gonna be absolutely disgusting. UPDATE: And WAS cold sandwich, cold fries. WHY in the world are there beef patties and NOT chicken nuggets in the chicken nugget box. So you mean to tell me you served food that was just sitting there waiting???????!!!!!! I was the ONLY CUSTOMER and watched 10 cars pull, because your "only accepting mobile and delivery orders'' and you open 24hrs. It's giving LAZY!

I came here to order a quick bite that ended in an almost hour wait. I asked for my food 4 times and still nothing. A huge line at drive thru so decided to go inside thinking it would be quicker but no. I didn't even order a lot but 3 items. This is ridiculous. Management needs to step it up.

Drive through between 1:50 and 1:55 today jan 10th lady handing out my food said she had to pull me because i forgot to order a sauce at the menu. She said she has to charge me i had the 50 cents for the sauce and i said why would you have to pull me for a sauce? She said she didnt have it in front of her. So had to come inside to purchase and sauce? Terrible customer service. My order was also wrong it was literarily one mc chicken no mayo!!! Instead it was completely plain meaning it had no lettuce. Your workers worried about good drive through times or customer service? Thanks for wasting my time though i appreciate it.

The McDonald’s itself was to be expected… but how long has this dead seagull been laying here right by the door?!?! The manager/owners better not blame any of the staff because no janitors/employee is paid enough to deal with that. It’s clear this has been here for DAYSSS and the owners/managers couldn’t care less. Not what I want to see before, during, or after my meal.

Foods fine. It's McDonald's. This location is TERRIBLE for speed. I'm sure their internal metrics look good because they fill every space in their lot with cars waiting for their orders. Certainly gives the impression on their drive through timer that they're quick but not uncommon to wait 15 minutes for a cheeseburger or fries.
