McDonald's Menu Prices at Cleveland — 44104 ★2.8 (1895)

Everytime I go this location just for a cup of coffee, they are never open on time. They open 2 hours after they are supposed to be open and still don't have anything prepared for the morning rush. I have had a few good experiences with maybe three employees, the others are rude, don't look hygienically ready to be around food being prepared. I asked for a simple pup cup, and I got greeted from numerous employees with an attitude when it's only a small cup of whipped cream. Even the evening/ lunch manager had an issue as if the product they were preparing came out of her paycheck. I have had pup cups given to me at other places with no issue, even a few seeing my service dog, and asking if she could have one. The afternoon shift is very disorganized, and I see a lot of people not doing what their job entails no matter how little they make. Horrible customer service to the point I will choose another location before I give them any more of my money. Whoever owns this place needs to reevaluate who he has in charge as managers and some of their employees. Also for the food to be fast food on demand I have waited a few times more than 10 minutes in the drive thru, I tried to order a caramel macchiato and they always say it needs to be cleaned. The bathroom is nasty, and doesn't look well maintained, wether someone is stopping in to use the restroom or dining in. I can imagine the hygiene is off, the food should not be prepared by anyone who cannot come to work presentable or looking clean.

Disrespectful staff restaurant is said to be open to 11pm but not the inside? Most door were locked was able to get inside finally and tge lady at the counter shouted lock the doors make sure tgey ckosed in tired of people coming in here! Like how if your open till 11pm. Yall have a machine taking orders how does this change your job? Yeah ill skip this next time!

This is the rudest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. They messed up on my order and after I expressed that I didn’t want to drive all the way back to get the correct items they say, “so what was the point of calling”. They gave me so much attitude and when I was fed up and said forget it he hung up without a word. DO NOT COME HERE. They really need to brush up on training at this location. I will not be back.

Yall are actually so aggy I got a whole 22 dollar meal from yall and not nothing but my burger idk how it can be through so many people and yall miss everything else but do better yesterday MIND U WHY IS THE TRAY IN THERE WITH NO COFFEE

The food is always cold and the fries NEVER have salt on them. Plus their driveway seriously needs to be repaved. It’s pothole city for sure. They don’t even have a real drive thru menu (see photo) and it’s been like that for months. On the bright side, the customer service level is fair.
