McDonald's Menu Prices at 3267 Richmond Ave ★3.6 (1226)

I really don’t usually eat anything from McDonald’s because it’s not the healthiest option, but once in a while I’ll stop in for a coffee or hotcakes. Every time, there’s a 30-minute wait, the staff is unprofessional touching their hair, being rude, and ignoring customers—and the place is filthy. They also leave drinks sitting out so long that by the time customers receive them, they’re warm and watered down. This location needs serious improvement. Until then, I do not recommend coming here.

This place definitely needs some better management. We placed an order online and when we walked in, we saw a lot of people also waiting. We decided to wait because we thought it would be quick however we realize more and more people are getting impatient and have been waiting there for over an hour. I even noticed that some customers food was already done, but they just haven’t put it out for pick up. Turns out the same thing happened to us when we asked if our order was ready, and our food was just sitting behind the counter somewhere. They ended up giving it to us, but when we got home, we noticed that the breakfast platter was missing the eggs as you can see in the image a lot of Uber drivers had to cancel their orders because they’ve also been waiting for an hour and definitely bad customer service for the McDonald’s in this area. We will be contacting customer service to see what can be done. Also, I want to point out that I am not blaming the workers. I think the management needs to just have a little more order and guide these workers. I also noticed that when we walked in it smelled like urine not sure if they’re using a dirty mop or not, but I will definitely not dine in there . Sorry to sound like a Karen. I gave the food a 1 star not because it taste bad, but because I was missing my sausage egg and biscuit. They only gave me pancakes lol.

A group of people are chatting there, and they don't want to do the orders. It's a waste of resources to hire so many people and wait for their wages to be paid.

If I could have left no stars I would have they are extremely unprofessional. Will not take your orders all children at the restaurant. Not willing to help. The manager was not willing to help he was to busy having conversations with young girls that work there this McDonalds has become extremely terrible unprofessional and run by children. It is a hangout.

This might be the absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Let’s start with their unreliable hours posted online and on their door. Once placed a pick up order for this location and get here, the door is locked at 10pm (hours say open until midnight) and they proceed to cancel my order 5 hours later. The wait here is endless. If you plan on coming here, order at least 45 minutes before you arrive, then expect to have to heat your food up when you get home. The service is atrocious. There is never a manager in sight. The place is being mismanaged and run by a bunch of young kids who of course, do not care about customer service. After all that, check to make sure they got your order right, because if you order a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle, you’ll most likely end up with a sausage McMuffin.
