McDonald's Menu Prices at 3844 S Roxboro Street ★2.9 (1397)

Horrible. Just horrible service. Fast food is dead and this has convinced me of that fact. 30 minute wait for two happy meals. Two meals for *children*. Their reasoning was that they were overwhelmed by the drive through. There was a steady line of 3-4 cars. That was all it took to utterly overwhelm them. Trash food, too. Even for a McDonalds.

First time I've stopped at this McDonald's in years!!! I ordered at the touch screen kiosk, went to counter & paid. I received my food very quickly before I could fill my beverage & chose a table. After I was seated, I heard foul language from another table. A woman was seated at table & talking on her phone. She was dropping F bombs & other profanity to whomever she was blessing out on her phone. Seated at table beside her was a family with 4 children. Then I watched her get up, gather her stuff, & go behind the McDonald's counter. Apparently an employee at the location.

This was my first time going back to this McDonald’s this year and for some reason the manager thinks she can treat people any way and play in people food. She keeps referring to me as “Y’all people” keep coming in here doing this and doing that. And they losing money. All because I don’t pulling down when she asked me. It still gives you no right to play in my food and have an excuse to why you tampering and playing in people food. The employees also gave me a false name and when I asked her for her name and boss phone number she refused to give it to me. Keep your money! Fast Foods restaurants don’t respect people nor your money.

In the time that I have written this, I have been in line at the front for 9 minutes with no greeting or anything. 4 employees have glanced at me totally ignoring me. After working hard all day I just wanted a drink and a snack. However employees personal conversations and phones are apparently a bigger priority. I wish I could give zero stars. The managers attitude towards employees and customers in the drive thru is pathetic. There is plenty of staff but the dining room, bathroom and trash cans are filthy and full. Will NOT be returning to this location and I suggest you skip as well. No wonder kiosks and AI are replacing these "hard working" employees. I'm now at the end of this review and still have not been helped. Going elsewhere. Count your days McDonald's.

Very disappointing experience at McDonald's. The staff was extremely slow and rude, with no sense of customer service. I had to wait about 20 minutes just to get my order. What made it worse was seeing employees coughing in the kitchen area, which felt very unhygienic and uncomfortable. Overall, poor service and a bad experience. I don’t recommend this location.
