McDonald's Menu Prices at 1010 N Miami Blvd ★2.8 (1297)

Customer service is terrible. Went to pick up an order, gave the employee the order number like twice and was waiting patiently for my order. She ended up bringing an order that wasn’t mine and insisted it was mine when I told her it wasn’t. I let her know what the order contained and she ended up finding the correct order. She brought it over with an attitude and started saying she called it like twice already. I thanked her for the food and left. She started making rude and unnecessary comments as I was leaving. Terrible experience over a minor issue, I wouldn’t even call it an issue since I got my correct order. The employee just has a terrible attitude.

I normally do not give 3 star reviews. But the service here is always so slow at night. I have waited over 20 minutes with litterally no one else in the restaurant. The shakes are also hit and miss.

Terrible service from the manager around 5 AM this morning. At the speaker, she asked for the last three numbers of my order, but the Uber Eats app hides the last two. She kept repeating, give me the last three numbers. I told her that I can't see that, and requested that she meet me at the window for me to possibly better explain. She kept repeating for me to give her the last three numbers. So I went to the window. She wouldn't come over, despite seeing me. I had to wait until the next customer arrived to pick up their order for her to come to the window. She was obviously angry. In her broken English, she said I didn't give her the last three numbers. I asked her why she wouldn't talk to me, that I was only trying to communicate the issue better. I also asked her why she was angry. She started to ask me to move. It's give her zero stars if possible. There are several McDonald's nearby. I would definitely visit a different location before willingly choosing to do business there.

Terrible customer service. They instructed me to cancel my own order at the window after waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru with no answer. That gave a homeless women plenty of time to harrass me at the speaker and at the window. It’s a miracle this place has 2.8 stars. There’s a reason why the managers here refuse to give their names. And why they make the customers cancel their own orders. This place probably isn’t operating to standards. I’ve been here twice and so far, they have a 100% success rate of not giving me my food and making me leave hungry and pissed off. Honestly, they need shut this location down.

For this place to have 2 lanes and only one window working, it's the slowest restaurant there is. Ask for hot French fries. By the time I got there, the fries were ice cold and unreal. It's just unreal! After posting this, I wasn't going back to this restaurant. But my grandson needs French fries. Don't want them cooked from home, just Mickey D.. So I gave them a second chance... Won't do it again. Ask for hot fries and no salt. I got cool fries and salt. 9/29/23 Great order taker, expedite lousy pic of order big Mac, not made like I paid for. The ticket was clear. So that mean they can't read or don't like working.
