McDonald's Menu Prices at 2836 W Ann Rd ★3.5 (1315)

I always pick up orders from this McDonald's, and while the staff are generally nice, there is one exception. There is a younger female employee, brown skin, short, heavyset, and who wears glasses. Every time I come in to pick up an order, she shows me an attitude. SHE IS ALWAYS RUDE TO ME. I don't know why For instance, just last week, when I asked about my order, she told me she was working on it. I thanked her, but when my order was ready, she put it to the side and refused to hand it to me, even though she knew I was waiting and the food was getting cold. When I called out to her, "Excuse me, can I please get my food since it's ready?" she ignored me and pretended not to hear. Again, last night (Sunday, January 25, 2026), around 7:30 PM, I walked in to pick up another order. She completed the order and set the bag aside, but wouldn't give it to me. I called her three times, "Excuse me, can I get my order?" but she completely ignored me. Eventually, her manager heard my requests and told her to respond. At that point, she became very angry, threw away the empty bag she was holding, grabbed my order, and nearly threw it at me. There are cameras in the store that can verify this behavior. She was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and angry for no apparent reason. I still wonder what I did wrong by simply asking her to hand me my order, which was already ready and just sitting there getting cold while I stood in the lobby waiting. What's the point of preparing an order if you're going to keep/put it aside and NOT give it to the person who's waiting for it right in front of you? This situation is not acceptable, and I hope her manager sees this.

I ordered an Uber eats order it was a pretty big order. 75 bucks worth. Anyway my Uber driver only delivered 1 drink and 2 small fries literallyafter an hour. I call they tell me if I can come pick it up they will remake my whole entire order. So I go pick up my order I get home and again half my order is missing. They didnt even remake my food they just reheated re fried everything so nasty old reheated and nasty. 4 big macs 4 fries and 40 chicken nuggets 3 hot and spicys and a coke and it couldn't even get done the correct way. So disappointed. But what do I really expect OH YA A refund for everything would be nice. Never again. The manager on duty was very rude as well trashy. Do better mcdonald's

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s. This place use to be good, not sure what happened. My food was not cooked all the way through even my fries were frozen and was served cold, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, my order was wrong. When you’re paying for a quick, reliable meal, this is the bare minimum that should be met. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon unless there’s a serious improvement in food quality and order accuracy.

I understand it was a long wait after school but I asked if they had a strawberry pie available and after a little bit, she came back and told me she did, so I ordered one and proceeded to pay. Had they not had it, I would have ordered a mini McFlurry instead. After paying in the 1st window, I was told in the second window for pick up that they didn’t have the pie I ordered and confirmed they had! And they were out of coke. He proceeded to tell me someone ordered 6 of those pies so they ran out. I told him she had checked and charged me for it because supposedly they had it, so I asked for a refund and to get a McFlurry instead. They didn’t have ice cream either! So a senior said she had already packed a different pie in my bag (without asking) so I grabbed it and returned it. I had to wait for my refund and by the time I got home, realized that they never gave me my replacement drink. Over all, very disorganized and I was angry with the “you get what you get” action of the wrong pie in my bag then asking for it back. You’re supposed to get what you paid for. And then no drink for my meal! Just sucked to not get what you ordered, the lack of communication between the employees and customer service today.

I visit this establishment today at noon time and was pleased and happy to the employees working the front register they where welcoming respectful with happy and kind faces. When am feeling down and hungry you really appreciate warm and welcoming faces you can expect great food and customer service
