I ordered at the drive thru and had to stop at three different windows to complete my order. I paid at the first window, received my drink at the second window, and was told to pull forward to a third window to wait for my food which was kind of annoying. The food took about 5 minutes to come out but my fries were hot, and the quarter pounder was not just thrown together.

I'll start off by saying, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF! The food is always hot and fresh but your chances of getting the correct order are about 50/50. I go tere at least twice a week for the steak, egg, and cheese bagel and a cup of hot coffee. I've been given every other sandwich they have to offer abot 50% of the time. Literally half of the time. Thank goodness they always get the coffee right. Well, 95% of the time my coffee is correct. I ask fr 4 sugars and 3 creams. Sometimes something is missing. Like I said, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I can not stress this enough. Order aside, the staff is always polite and patient. I've heard people attempting to test their customer service skills and they pass the test every time. They just lose 2 stars for the orders. My co-workers love it when they get my order incorrect because they get a free sandwich which is always welcome. On occassion when I've ventured into their lobby, it's always clean and tidy. No vagrants hanging around begging or bothering people. Like I stated before, the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh tasting. If you were looking for a gourmet meal you'd go someplace else. Stop in and enjoy.

The food was made horribly. Fries are only filled 3/4 full (4 large fries that way, or so salty they are inedible) wax paper on my friend cheeseburger and onions are on 2 of 8 burgers ordered. I was asked 4 separate times to make sure I wanted no onions. And it was still messed up. All but a handful of orders for the last 4 YEARS made through the drive-thru has been messed up in some way, sadly. Please do better. This location is fairly new as well.

Very disappointing, after their initial opening service was decent. It has decreased significantly, for a burger and fries I had to pull to the front because fries were not ready. Then waited for 15 min while people behind me continued to get their orders. I had to walk in while people were hanging out and only the manager getting things done. I was upset which he noticed and then proceeded to get my order ready. Save yourself the headache and don’t go here.

★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable — health and management failure This is one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had, and it’s entirely due to poor management. Manager Maribel was openly rude and disrespectful to both customers and her own employees. The way she spoke to staff was unprofessional and created an uncomfortable, hostile environment. What made this even worse — and frankly unacceptable — was witnessing her eat food and then immediately handle customer food without washing her hands. No gloves, no handwashing, nothing. Watching a manager ignore basic food safety standards completely destroyed any trust I had in this location. Customer service was dismissive, staff looked stressed, and cleanliness and hygiene were clearly not being enforced from the top down. This is a serious health concern, not just bad service. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge corporate to investigate the management practices at this location before someone gets sick.
