McDonald's Menu Prices at 6595 N Decatur Blvd ★3 (2103)

🚨 ZERO STARS — Absolutely Unacceptable This McDonald’s (#32188) delivered one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. We ordered 9 double cheeseburgers, all plain, and repeated the request multiple times. They still got it wrong. When we asked for a correction, the staff refused to remake the order. I requested a refund, and the manager — who removed her name tag and identified herself as Paula — claimed she never received the bag of food. We had already handed it to an employee, who confirmed he gave it to her. She denied everything and refused to check the cameras, saying she didn’t have access. We waited over an hour for another manager, and still got no resolution. The staff was slow, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Another customer even commented on how bad their fries looked and how slow the service was. This location is a complete embarrassment to the McDonald’s brand. Do not waste your time or money here. Corporate needs to step in and retrain — or replace — this team immediately...the NEW EDITION SPECIAL LOOK LIKE *NEW LEFT OVER EDITION*

This was honestly one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. My order was already messed up on DoorDash, so I decided to go through the drive-thru to fix it. I ordered a 10-piece McChicken meal (large) and an extra-large fry, but they didn’t add the extra fry at all — even though it was clearly part of what I ordered. When I got to the window and tried to add the item they missed, I was refused, which made no sense considering they were the ones who messed up the order. The customer service was horrible, dismissive, and unhelpful instead of trying to fix the issue. The workers seemed very out of it, unfocused, and unprofessional, which honestly made the situation even more frustrating. On top of that, I asked for and paid for extra sauce and was given the completely wrong sauce, which then forced me to go inside just to get what I originally asked for. The inside of the restaurant was dirty and gross, which made the experience even worse. Overall, bad customer service, incorrect orders, workers who didn’t seem attentive at all, and an unclean environment. I won’t be coming back to this location.

My experience as a customer is not so great at this location. I'm consistently harassed by other customers while waiting way too long for a simple order. For example Fries. The good news is that the quality of the food has not been compromised. The Only reason why I revisit is because it's convenient and I love McDonald's Fries.

I ordered a 40 piece chicken nuggets only got 30 and this in the other box management you need to train your employees better cause this is unacceptable

I really tried to give this McDonald’s the benefit of the doubt, but it’s no way that every time I come to this specific location that there’s always a problem with my order. If it’s not the sprite tasting like carbonated water it’s the fries, cold or the burger, cold and old. The fact that I have to pass up this location to get to another one because this location is trash is insane. Do better as a whole ! Then not to mention how do you forget to put my 10piece nugget in the bag? Like please shut down !
