After I placed a mobile order, they had me drive around and wait in the front for five minutes as I was waiting. I decided I wanted to ask for some ketchup and a barbecue sauce. I got out of my car since I was waiting anyways ask for a barbecue sauce she said $.33 and I said OK can I get some ketchup and she said oh we don’t have any a lot of homeless people outside asking for money or food super dirty inside staff ignored me as I was waiting even the girl went outside with my food right in front of me. That’s how much I was ignored went for breakfast today had me waiting and I got 5 burnt hash browns

Zero consistency. Long waits....even when I'm the only one in line. Always mistakes with my order. Cold food. Management needs to get it together. Or simply replace them. I recently ordered the chicken wraps. They gave me chicken nuggets size chicken and it was old!!!!! Tortillas were NOT cooked either, cold! I didn't have the time to drive back, hence the fact I was in drive through.

This person here says she's a manager, but she treats people badly. We asked for an order and she didn't want to give it all, so she was taking it out for 15 to 12, so she and her colleagues and I saw it as a family. How awful is the way people treat us here. I hope they can do something. The place was dirty and there were flies, and I took a picture. I don't know if it's because she has something against Hispanics or what because it looks like she was African-American. I don't care what race she is, but it doesn't seem right to me for the job she has, because she says she has

The drive thru makes you wait 10 additional minute, parking in another spot on the other side (happen to me three times). Only to bring out food that is cold, not fresh. You would think you’re waiting for fresher French fries and newly prepared burger. Nope burger was cold and barely warm stale fries. Why am I waiting? Two people only in the drive thru. Must be nice to hang out and serve whenever, whatever.

Feb 2 1:07pm Horrible service, Hispanic lady at the window has serious behavior issues , extremely rude and unprofessional. Cussing and talking rudely in Spanish . Mess up orders then get mad at the customers for coming back to the window . Do better ! If you don’t like your job simply look for another one . And if McDonals can’t handle multiple orders just close your line !
