McDonald's Menu Prices at 3100 Pimlico Pkwy ★3.1 (1596)

It is with great reluctance that I leave this review. I have been going to this McDonald's for years and the quality just keeps getting worse. Every week, I treat my work crew to breakfast there and I typically get lunch personally there 1-2 times a week, as it is close to my business location. Recently, I've reached my breaking point. Each week, they get something wrong with the order placed through the app. Each time, the attitude is that of me inconveniencing them to get the mistake corrected. The frappes ordered frequently are received in leaking, cracked cups, to the point that my crew make jokes about adding a special request for a non-cracked cup. Yesterday, I was very late to lunch and was starving. I ordered a quarter pounder and received the burger shown in the attached photo. It was burned and smashed. I tried to eat it anyway, as I was that hungry, but couldn't after two bites. When I went back to exchange it, I was polite and asked for them to remake it. It took 10 minutes just to get their attention and another 20 to get my replacement sandwich (which was better but not by a lot). As if that wasn't enough, I gave them one more chance and got my weekly crew breakfast this morning. Chicken McGriddles were overcooked and sloppy. Mocha frappe (clearly on the label) had caramel instead of chocolate and... can you believe it? The cup was cracked and leaking. I'm done. Not only with this McDonald's but with all of them. This experience was that terrible. I'll use up my points in the app for homeless folk to get some free food and then it's getting deleted.

Worst store ever. They are rude and give you the nastiest attitude ever. I got a 40 piece nugget large French fries and 2 snack wrap meals. They didn’t take my coupon for 20%off asked for a receipt since I paid cash gave me my order all rushed and no sauces and rolled his eyes and closed the window on my face when I asked for my receipt. Never coming back again

This is the worst McDonald's location around here. I've called on multiple occasions about my food being incorrect or just poor quality. I've asked for nothing in return other than, they take the time to put quality into the food and work they are providing. On the last phone call I had with this location, the manager was rude and just hung up on me mid sentence. The issue was that the people in the drive-thru were rude to my girlfriend, messed up the order, and only filled all of our large fries half way. When I tried the fries they were soggy, cold, and dry. Every time I come here this or something like this happens, if you want issues and to never get the food you ordered, come to this location.

Be careful when ordering a special request. The box might have a label with no tater sauce on your fish sandwich. You better check it because I got home and I had tater sauce on it. I called and the lady manager Brandy was to put my name in the book. I called today and guess what? No name in the book and Brandy no longer works there. The other manager can't honor my request. They have lost me as a customer.

Waited in line for 20 minutes on the right hand side while 6 cars went through. Got up to the window and asked for something complimentary as I had to wait for my order to even be taken, then had to wait for my food to get done. I was told no and it was shift change but shift change doesn't excuse letting a whole side of people wait while the other doesn't when the head sets alternate drive thru lines. Terrible service and didn't even try to meditate the awful service afterwards. So, bad review it is. I don't want free shit, but I also want what I paid for when I paid for it with out being forced to wait longer than people that got there WAY after me
