McDonald's Menu Prices at 2359 Richmond Rd ★3.4 (2005)

This place has consistently maintained a great level of cleanliness. The food is always prepared correctly, and I've never had any negative experiences. The staff here is incredibly friendly, which makes the visit even better. If you're craving McDonald's, I highly recommend coming here. Plus, I'm thrilled that they've just started serving strawberry cheesecake today—I’ve been waiting for this to come back for a while! 😁

The bag broke & all the food fell off when we were taking it. We’re Devastated 😭. With how expensive things are getting, they should at least make their bags better or put stuff in other bags

We were there at 2am. We got mc.chicken which was not cooked properly. The chicken pattie was raw 🤮. The attitude of the lady pissed everyone off. Better hire some good people who can serve customer in a better way.

We ordered on the app, ordered a medium lemonade which was given to us in a small McCafe cup, granted ive ordered a large before and gotten it in a regular cup, got home and nothing was fresh. The fries stale and floppy, my chicken nuggets were rubbery and chewy as if they had been setting out for a while. They were so gross I just threw them out. Most of the time when ive ordered food its been pretty on par. Yes fries being stale on occasion but having everything not fresh was very disappointing. Makes me want to go all the way across town to a differnet location instead of the one closer to my place.

Horrible experience!! Placed my order at the drive-thru window. Pulled up to get my food. They gave me the drinks and had me pull forward. I sat there for over 10 minutes while cars behind me were getting their food and driving off. My daughter got out of the car and walked inside to check. One girl looked at her and walked off without helping and no one else even offered to help. My daughter came back out and got in the car so we decided to pull back up to the drive-thru speaker. The employee told me to pull forward when I told them I still hadn’t received my food. They had not even started fixing my order. I had to sit there another 10 minutes. The employees were RUDE. Oh, and it wasn’t even busy. You could pull straight up to a drive-thru speaker without having to wait in line. Will definitely not go back to this location. Horrible service!! Additionally, the fries were cold and gross.
