McDonald's Menu Prices at 1921 Plaudit Pl ★3.6 (1979)

I’m highly upset at this store last night I come through the drive thru to get 3 snack wraps NO LETTUCE extra ranch and cheese then I get home for them to have lettuce all over them so I go back told them the issue they were polite and kinda but then I get back home to find BACON on my wraps . I don’t know who was in kitchen last night but they need to be re trained or need to focus on the tickets. I’ve been a manager for that McDonald’s and others it’s not hard to follow ticket orders . Something needs to be fixed about this. !!!!!!!

Worst location I've ever been to, consistently. They often ignore drive thru lines until you ask if someone is there. Always an attitude. Most recently they said they were closed at like 8pm. The drive thru line was out into the street, the lights are still on, the app is still accepting mobile orders. But again they were just ignoring the drive thru until someone demanded service and they said they were closed. I had placed a curbside pickup order, nobody was coming out so I called inside and they said they were closed and to cancel my order. But I couldn't because I'd already checked in and told it my parking space nylumber. I asked them to cancel it and they said they couldn't. I asked why they didn't turn their lights off or something and was told they were 24 hours and are not obligated to turn their lights off......?? Make it make sense.

I don't go to McDonald's often because typically the quality and service are not great. I went to the Lex Hamburg location for the first time recently. I was SHOCKED at the service. In an absolute great way. The order taker, the payment receiver, and the food giver (sorry for the lack of professional titles) were all exceptionally friendly in a genuine way. The food itself was good. It was not super hot but still flavorful. The location is less than 5 minutes from my home and I have avoided it. Just from my first experience I will definitely be placing it in my rotation.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing service from Serenity! I had a great experience today thanks to a young woman named Serenity at the counter. She went above and beyond — called me by name instead of a number, brought my food right to my table (even though she didn’t have to), and did it all with a smile. We had a brief, friendly chat, and her positive attitude really stood out. Charming, happy, personable — easily the best customer service I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. 10/10 employee! 👏👏

Normally fast butt on multiple occasions I've had to pull up and wait several minutes for standard orders. Once I waited for 20 minutes(no exaggeration) the employee came out and said "oh you're still here? That's not good"
