McDonald's Menu Prices at 1824 S Nevada ★3.1 (3774)

They advertise open 24 hrs so we thought if we went there at 11:00 pm the food would probably be fresh. Nope.. food was horrible. It was only 20 dollars but it was a complete waste of money.. very disappointing. If you want some good Mcdonalds go to the new location on Circle and Uintah. See pic below 🤦‍♂️

This McDonald’s is definitely a bit rough. They are surrounded by homeless. We used the ordering kiosk for the first time here because no one was at the front counter. It took us a few extra minutes but was pretty easy to use. I paid and it printed out a blank receipt. I waited 15 minutes before going to the counter to try and figure out where the food was. They were busy and the staff was unsure of their job. Manager was on top constantly telling each person what she needed. As I sat and ate with my children in the lobby we watched homeless people come in and sit and start smoking out of a pipe in the open. It was so awkward. . No one said anything to them. The food was hot and fresh but still…. McDonald’s is just not what it use to be.

My wife has been through a lot in the past year. She ended up with a terrible infection and two different hospitals wanted to remove her leg. She found a specialist out here in the springs which is hours away from where we live. She was hospitalized for two months and in that time she under went 29 surgeries on her leg. She stopped at this McDonald's on her way home from an appointment for blood work and bought a sweet tea and used the restroom. She is having a hard time dealing with the skin graphs failing and her leg healing and she went into the bathroom to use the restroom and change her dressing which isn't a simple task. During this time of about a half hour in which barely any other customers used the restroom there was one employee who berated her the whole 25 minutes she was using the restroom to the point that she was in tears when she left. The lady refused to give her name and treated someone who is handicapped very unfairly for no reason at all. I just hope that someone in upper management reads this and watches the surveillance because no person with a disability should ever be treated like that. She was in restroom from just before 12 until around 1230 she thinks. Whoever that women is should not be working in customer service because she clearly does not know how to interact with customers. Even when my wife tried to explain what was taking so long she shouted over her and refused to listen to what she had to say and continued to criticize her angrily, harshly, shouting, strong insults, and using belittling language that created a strong sense of embarrassment to my wife. We will never be returning to this establishment. And I really hope other customers are never treated the way my wife was.

The slowest fast restaurant ever i stood in line just to order for 15 minutes then took another 20 to make and serve if i could give them negative points id definitely do so they dont get orders right and your waiting all day for a burger no fries no drink just one dam burger took them 35 minutes to serve

Went thru the drive thru to get myself and my kids some dinner. The guy working the drive thru sounded like he hated being there and was rushing us. Went to pay and when we got our food everything felt like it was being thrown at me all at once. Made it all the way home (Fort Carson) and we were missing 1 order of fries and a Quarter Pounder burger. Tried calling like 6 times but the number on the receipt and on google do not work. Paid $60+ for a 0 stars service. From now on I’d rather drive all the way to Fountain.
