McDonald's Menu Prices at 1244 N Academy Blvd ★3.3 (3133)

Lights on, no professionals home. Either fix your hours on google or be open. Don't waste people's time and gas by being unprofessional. And if some emergency emerged... at least put a sign out. No thanks.

less dirty than most. closes too early, it was 10 35 and we couldnt get in the mcdonalds. tends to get orders wrong less so than the other mcdonalds nearby at least. not friendly though.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, by management, not the crew. Ordered 3 of 2 different types of sauces with our 2 sandwiches and one large fry (and was charged for them) and only one of each was in the bag. when we asked for one more, (“hey, can we get one more sweet and sour and the other sauce please”) not even the 2 we payed for, the manager aggressively told us we were wrong, continued to cut us off and imply that we were being rude (included what was said in last parenthesis) even after showing we proved we paid for 3 and didn’t get three, and then shut the window all mad. bacon was fresh tho

I ordered a sweet tea. With my food this morning. The lady forgot to put it on my order. no big deal people make mistakes. At the second window I asked about my sweet tea instead of saying oh the lady forgot to put it on she immediately got rude and saying “No you didn’t order a sweet tea.” I tried to explain I had specifically asked for one and that I was willing to pay for one if I wasn’t originally charged. she completely cut me off turning away from me mis sentence to confirm this with the first lady. After confirming there was supposed to be a sweet tea. The lady didn’t apologize or even bat an eye. She rudely states rolling her eyes that I will need to drive through the drive through again. I just grabbed my food and left. Who ever this lady was she clearly wasn’t happy to be at work today and it definitely shows in how she treats her customers. They also didn’t use my points I asked for so I paid full price for my meal. This location has always been pleasant until this associate starting working. everyone else if great

Ordered a bunch of happy meals for the kids and had to go back through thr drive through again because they forgot things out of them. Also, ordered a hamburger plain in one of them and it came fully loaded. Not worth driving back.
