McDonald's Menu Prices at Colorado Springs — 80909 ★2.5 (200)

Brooke and Kristie Helped rectify a situation for me where I was overcharged three times the amount for dinner . They never argue with me or gave me a hard time about it. In fact it was actually handled within five minutes. They were polite and very professional . Two great staff members that deserve a raise for taking accountability in an industry, where a lot of of people would have done nothing about it. These are the type of staff members I wish every McDonald’s had!

Worst customer service I've ever seen. I respect fast food workers because I know they deal with shit. I am extremely polite and all im ever met with is attitude from the get go. God forbid I ask for something I paid for that they forgot. Never seen somebody roll their eyes so far back into their head. And they forgot something EVERY time. I had high hopes for the new location especially since its convenient for me but now I just prefer to drive out of my way for better service. Manager here needs to go. If your looking for a good McDonald's the one on academy and flintridge is the best.

I ordered a Qtr Pounder w/ Cheese. The word cheese is literally in the name, however I received no cheese. Just because I wanted it plain, doesn't mean remove every single thing. A plain cheeseburger still has cheese on it... in top of that, the meat has holes in it and is just awful looking. I've had betterReally bad experience, make me wait for 20min. And them they were sure i had my food. Really bad attitude, and the manager didn't even apologize. experience at McDonald's so I'm not sure what happened today. Also, they need to stop being so stingy on the sauces. I got a 6pc Chicken Nugget with BBQ sauce and they only gave me one sauce. There should be at least 2 sauces for a 6pc. Just disappointing.

Recently they've made some changes in their staff. The young lady in the am that has been taking my orders is amazing. She has top notch customer service skills, friendly, always greets me with a smile. Order is hot and fresh and accurate. Great job!!

The food is good when it's correct but it's rarely correct. I was so excited about this location but I don't know what their deal is with getting orders correct. 50% of the time if not more, they're missing items. We always end up coming back. Last time was all of our drinks (4) this time was 2 hot and spicy's I really hope they can get it together because they location is good but man it's so annoying having to go in every time. Especially because they never see anyone at the counter. Anywho rant over.
