McDonald's Menu Prices at 1033 E Capitol Expwy ★3.6 (979)

Well they are very well mannered and a step up in their customer’s service skills which was sloppy at bests before new management took over . Their food comes out hot and fast but always skimpy on their fries which I don’t understand fries are the cheapest most profitable food out there hook it up people. If you eat there they bring it to your table after you order it which is pretty cool since it is a Mc Donald. I’m just glad they got new management that care about their job and serious about correctly training new staffs. Kudos to management and workers alike food better than most understaffed Mc Donald’s.

They need to train the person to take order by drive thru better, always always always wrong, overcharged because wrong order, cause me time to pull aside for correction, then foods is getting cold. Brought to manager on duty attention, never apologize instead they get mad for upgrade the drink to bigger size when I did not even order it. Worst customer service at this McDonald’s East Capitol Expy San Jose location.

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I ordered a number 3 (breakfast) with an iced coffee, two extra hashbrowns, and a diet coke. I got to the first window and noticed they had not charged for the two extra hashbrowns. They asked if I still wanted them and I said yes so they charged me for them. I got to the second window and they handed me a hot coffee. I told them we wanted iced coffee and they asked for the receipt and realized the guy had put hot coffee, not iced, but they swapped it. We checked our bag and saw they missed the two extra hashbrowns. I told them they forgot them and they asked for the receipt and the guy had only charged me for one extra hashbrown!!! The guy at the window had someone else come, I assume the manager, but I could not understand her and just ended up telling them I wanted my money back for the one extra hashbrown. We left and found out they had shorted us a straw and given us the wrong breakfast sandwich. All in all, out of the six items we ordered, the only item that they got right was the hashbrown that comes with the number 3.

Really bad service. Even if dine-in doesn’t close for another 30 min, they will sweep under your table to make you leave. Unrelated, but my pickle looked fake too.

Could have said sorry we don't have the special happy meal anymore. But no, how about say nothing and just throw anything in there and they will never notice ; while we're selling the real thing at the back door for scalpers.
