McDonald's Menu Prices at 4350 Palm Ave ★4 (1875)

I eat at McDonald's 2 to 4 days a week This McDonald's is one of the more Organized compared to others O and Their Coca Cola taste like Coca Cola Other McDonald's coke taste like cherry coke this location. Has it down good with their Coke They are on Pricier side But I am happy with their service these guys take Pride In What they do And Lourdes the skinny lady has phenomenal character with customers and her coworkers Ii recommend this place

Dont go to this McDonald's !!! They screwed up my order and when I returned had the nerve to get mad at me for returning! I reordered my last order and I always get an unsweetened tea. They gave me a sweet tea! They didnt apologize or say heres an apple pie for your trouble. Nothing! They acted like they were doing me a favor! I can always eat somewhere else McDonald's! In-n-out has waaay better customer service! Also the mobile app upgraded my order to a large when I didn't want a large. They will do anything to squeeze money out of you. 🙁🙁🙁

This McDonald's tries (and succeeds!) very hard to be all it can be! The staff is consistent, they are professional and courteous. The food is just right ... here's a tip though ... ALWAYS ask for your order to be made fresh ... at any McDonald's! The quality of your order is at least 50× if not 100 times better. They just rebuilt it ... It really doesn't have enough seating/tables to handle the amount of customers who want to dine there. After all .. it is a 24 hour restaurant less than 2 miles from the border .. a veritable tourist destination in its own way! This McDonald's , as well as several others, has one main problem ... the are saturated with drive through and mobile orders from delivery food businesses like Uber Eats. It's almost as if they should be it need to be two separate businesses. This is because it leaves them exhausted &, with very little time to give much care it concern or to put it bluntly .. much quality customer service to the patrons who eat at the restaurant. I have noticed this at almost every McDonald's, the worst yet is the one on Nobel & Costa Verde in La Jolla ... It is a zoo of poor customer service due to spreading themselves extremely thin with to go orders If McDonald's created a separate are for their delivery, food app and drive through orders it would be a nice restaurant. It feels like you are interrupting a major event just trying to ask the staff about your order ... Or even just to order!!! This is no reflection on the wonderful people that work there. This is something the upper management needs to take a serious look at It diminishes the happiness of eating there and it is sad to see the employees run into the ground juggling what seems like 3 different restaurants. Also their TV sucks as it's there but runs obscure sports shows w/ no subtitles so you can't watch it or read it! Go

22 mins for happy meal to come out, had to remind them about it once, no apology. Heavy debris flying in the kids play area, u can see it fly around when the sun is out, had to step out due to itchy/ runny nose after breathing that in for a while. This place definitely needs better ventilation, ( hazard for sure).

They flattened this McDonald's to the ground and rebuilt it. They have a more streamline service. You almost have to use the kiosks and if you eat in they have robots bring you you meal to your table. The fries were crispy and salty.
