McDonald's Menu Prices at 14591 Jefferson Davis Hwy ★3.5 (1366)

I had a very uncomfortable experience during my recent dine-in breakfast visit. After I finished eating and was sitting at my table, the manager approached me and asked what I was doing and what I was waiting for. The way it was handled made me feel singled out and profiled, especially since I had already purchased and finished my meal. There was no reason given for questioning me, and I did not see other customers being approached in the same way. It felt unnecessary and embarrassing. Customers should feel welcome and respected, not scrutinized after simply dining in. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled moving forward.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience at the McDonald’s located at 14591 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Woodbridge, VA 22191 to help others make informed choices. Last night, my girlfriend and I visited this 24-hour location. I was excited to try the grilled snack wraps, which I hadn’t seen in years. To my surprise, I was able to order two grilled chicken wraps and an M&M McFlurry—and everything was prepared correctly. We left satisfied and impressed, especially since the ice cream machine was actually working. However, when I returned the following day hoping to order the same meal, the manager on duty insisted that grilled wraps had never been served at that location and claimed he had worked the night before. This was baffling, since both my girlfriend and I clearly remembered the meal I had just eaten. As someone who used to work at McDonald’s and even trained staff during the time wraps were regularly offered, I’m very familiar with how the kitchen runs. Based on my experience, it seemed like the manager may not have wanted to prepare grilled chicken or possibly wanted to keep the drive-thru times lower—which I understand is a performance metric in many locations. But rather than simply stating they were unavailable at that moment, he chose to flat-out deny that they had ever been served, which felt both dismissive and unprofessional. Everyone makes mistakes or has off days, but denying a customer's valid experience without checking or offering solutions is not acceptable. I hope this feedback encourages more honest and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

Day after Thanksgiving* I totally understand that the food service industry is fast pace and overwhelming. What went wrong at this location is they need employees.... put that now hiring sign up. Secondly, (for the dine in experience) what was lacking was precision on orders. I've observed long dine in wait times. No order taker present, ordering on the tap booth card reader doesn't work, im an extremely patient human and I can wait but after ten minutes of my company's food was brought and to having that stare down with the host whom brought my food to the table after she told me she's waiting on my last item. So 2 things to work on: 1: Precision*, making sure the orders are correct the first time. 2: get you guys some help .. I not accepting "we dont have enough people today"

Second day in a row and they messed up my order I bought 13 chocolate chip cookies and they just gave make 10 like wth ? And yesterday I bought 2 decaf coffees 4 cream 2 sugars and they put more creams that it look like a cup of milk instead of coffee 😒 and they were cold!!!. And I bought a Ice French Vanilla coffee and they give me a regular ice coffee 😒 I order at 9:28pm just for those coffees and I was out of McDonald almost 10:00pm and the girls that were in the counter they just check my order but did nothing and one of them was talking to her boyfriend and the other one was drinking her juice and taking a picture 😒 and when I ask then again for my order one of them said that the other girl was making them 😒 and the decaf coffees were so cold!!!

Dear Mcdonald's!!! Your customer servcice is very bad, you don't think of us as human beings. Your staff are standing and talking to each other, but there is a line behind them, but they don't notice it. And if we are asked if we have been standing for a long time, they use very bad language.
