McDonald's Menu Prices at 12730 Harbor Dr ★3.5 (627)

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s. When I got home and checked my order, I noticed that my large fries were only about 1/3 full, despite paying for a full large portion. This wasn’t a small mistake,it was very obvious. I went back to the store to speak with the manager, Samual, and I brought photo evidence for reference: one picture showing what a full large fry normally looks like, and another showing what I was actually given. Instead of receiving an apology or a reasonable explanation, I was met with an argument. I was told that because it was a mobile order, the fries had “shrunk over time,” which makes absolutely no sense. Fries do not shrink to one-third of the container simply because of time, especially when the order was picked up promptly. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given that I provided clear proof of the issue. The lack of accountability and customer service was far more frustrating than the missing fries themselves. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters. In this case, there was no apology, no solution, and no attempt to make it right. I expect better transparency and respect as a paying customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how concerns like this are addressed in the future.

Unacceptable Conditions and Poor Customer Service **Rating:** ★☆☆☆☆ I recently visited this McDonald's location with my kids, and I was absolutely appalled by the conditions inside the restaurant. The place was swarming with flies—it was impossible to enjoy our meal without constantly swatting them away. This is not only disgusting but also a serious health hazard, especially for families with young children. When I brought this issue to the manager's attention, their response was shocking. Instead of apologizing or taking immediate action, they essentially shrugged it off, saying, "You can go to the county to close our store, but we can’t help this because this is a problem from two months, and the health department has to help us with this." This level of indifference is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a clean and safe environment, especially at a well-known chain like McDonald's. The fact that this issue has been ongoing for two months and still hasn’t been resolved is a clear indication of poor management and a lack of concern for customer well-being. I will not be returning to this location and would strongly advise others to avoid it until they address this serious hygiene issue. McDonald's corporate should step in and take immediate action—this is not the standard anyone should expect from such a reputable brand. Extremely disappointed and concerned for public health.

A young Hispanic girl with blue hair gave me a horrible experience at this Harbor location last night in Woodbridge across from the Safeway. She gave me unsweetened tea when I ordered sweet tea and she made my sandwich incorrectly. When I called her out on her mistake, she was rude and unapologetic! Worse McDonald's ever!

It was good.I just wish people would put more meat on their sandwiches , not as much bread

When I placed my order through the drive-through speaker, the employee did not listen carefully and got my order wrong. When I tried to correct the mistake at the payment window, I explained the issue, but instead of correcting the order, the employee charged me extra without adding any additional items. This incident highlighted a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. It was frustrating to deal with an incorrect order and an unwarranted extra charge, which should have been easily resolved. I hope McDonald’s management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving staff training and attentiveness to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.
