They can't seem to get my order correct. The last two times I went they added ketchup and im allergic to ketchup so I cant even eat the food I payed for, and yes it says no ketchup on the recipient. I would have gone back but I don't have enough time in my lunch brake to even do that so im stuck eating frys for lunch.

I constantly get shorted on nuggets. I pay for 10 and I'll receive 9, and on one occasion, 8. Its the closest location to me. But its a nightmare going there cause you are almost guaranteed to be harassed uncomfortably by the massive homeless population in the area. I know not much can be done there, but it really makes it difficult to not be on edge, expecting a guy to walk up to your window and yell at you because you wont by him a burger too. There are maybe 3 employees that are polite. The rest not so much, I tend to be looked at like im ruining their day when I pull up to the window with some people. I work in customer service too, I get it, but you gotta learn to not wear it on your face. There is a straight face and then there is whatever they had.

Found a piece of bone in my sandwich manager refused to refund the order and only wanting to remake the sandwich mind you it chipped my tooth and all he can do after having me stand in the rain for over half an hour is remake the sandwich DO BETTER MC DONALDS

This place was the worst place I have ever been to. I asked the cashier how her day was going and she literally looked at me and said I don't feel like talking to you. Then I asked for a refill of water and I was told they do not give out refills. This place is an absolute joke and I will never eat here again, mostly because of the rude people behind the counter and the very unfriendly environment that it all caused the whole time I was eating there

Two days straight. I went to this location for breakfast. I ordered from the kids a steak mcgriddle. I get home with my order it's a steak bagel I didn't return it because I was pressed for time. The next day I went back and ordered the same thing, steak mcgriddle. When I got my order I checked it right there it was another steak bagel. I told the young lady at the front she looked at my receipt checked my order and told me you're absolutely correct. She asked another employee what did the initials on the receipt me the other lady said idk. The lady said that's why these orders are wrong. So now the cook has remade my sandwich i didn't check it but when I got home there was no egg on my mcgriddle. The problem is most of the employees there doesn't speak or understand English and that's the major problem. I will never return to this establishment ever again.
