McDonald's Menu Prices at 6730 Woodlands Pky ★3.5 (742)

So um.. I frequent this McDonald's pretty regularly and I havent had any issues. But today I went to grab a fry from my bag and pulled out a nail. Im kind of afraid that they won't believe me if I told them, but wanted to share on here. Be mindful and look in your bags yall.

I ordered two double cheeseburgers I ate my first one and then I looked into my second one and I opened it up and there was a bunch of mayonnaise or at least I Hope many people might think this is a prank, but this really isn’t And I don’t think that this was an accident. I even tried calling them and after I told them what happened they said so, so what honestly this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not recommend!

I normally order through the app, but for some reason both the app and the kiosk wouldn’t let me order, so ordering at the front was the only option. However, it took about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge a customer at the counter who’s ready to order. (I have been to this location on 3 separate occasions and the the ordering process was the same as I’ve described earlier). The food came out correctly as ordered and was delicious, but straws and condiment packets weren’t provided at first with the food, and there wasn’t any straws in the straw bin by the soda fountain, which caused another several minutes of waiting to be acknowledged, even after trying to politely get their attention. The employees were not rude in any kind of way and they keep the restaurant very clean, but it feels like the running theme is either they try to avoid the front desk as much as they can, or they just don’t bother to make sure there are customers up front as frequently as the average customer would hope. This location would benefit a better overall dine-in experience for customers if they had someone focus on the front desk to for better customer service.

Why Order ahead when you have to sit at the counter waiting for someone to come hand you your order over 10 mins because they don’t want to be in the front because they want you to utilize their kiosk. Once I got my food a line behind me waited for someone to come take their orders. It took at least 10 mins for someone to come.

I don't know what happened to this McDonald's as it used to be my favorite. But the people are different and not as kind, and they overpriced my McDouble meal (and the food was barely warm). It should have been under $6 but the price that individually and I paid over $7..... sorry to see the changes
