Very very slow service. Personnel is very nice and patient with a lot of customers coming in but it looks like more employees are needed. It took 15 minutes for a couple of happy meals. I’ve tried the pickup option and it also takes 10+ minutes for simple orders - not a fast food service for sure. The patio is very comfortable if weather is nice. Not a big restaurant and it doesn’t have a playground for kids.

The last time I ordered, it was amazing! Today, the wait time was a problem. Let me put down my primary issue. The fries were room-temperature, and the chicken sandwich hurt my tooth! It felt overcooked & under cooked at the same time!? It was extremely rubbery, I've only eaten the bread because I was hungry. But I'll give the cashier at the window her flowers, because she's the only one with class.

Service was slow. Had 2 drive thru kiosks, the 1st one was taken so I went to the 2nd one that was open. While I was waiting to be acknowledged, the car at the 1st kiosk finished their order and another car behind them got serviced before me. Then I ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle and a small drink. Small order, no substitutions. I got my order from the window in an acceptable amount of time and drove off to work. After getting to work, I opened my breakfast up to find they had given me the wrong item. They gave me a BACON Egg and Cheese McGriddle instead of the Sausage one I ordered. It was the only food item on my ticket! It's bad enough paying over $4 for a little breakfast sandwich, but then not even getting what you ordered/expected/wanted... I should have gone to the taco stand a little further down and gotten a breakfast taco...at least I know that it will be correct!

Came inside for my order since I always find it easier to get my food when I order at the kiosk. Food came out 8-ish minutes after ordering which although is a while for fast food, it still is a reasonable time since we came in during peak time (Friday evening). If you plan on coming around this time, expect a bit of a wait. Tried out the new frappe and I’d say it’s pretty good, has somewhat of a yogurt-esk aftertaste but I always the frappes here. Everything we ordered was in the bag, and I have yet to receive any errors at this specific location. Keep up the good work :)

This McDonald’s has got to be one of the most horrible in terms of customer service and speed of service. You order ahead on the app and you still have to wait 20+ minutes for your food. Management doesn’t give a crap about customers, can’t blame the kids that work there because other places like Canes or Chick Fil A also hire teenagers, and their customer service and speed of service is the best. It all boils down to bad owners and even worse management who fail to properly train employees and efficiently run the restaurant.
