Ordered 40 nugget box that came with 2 medium fries. Also ordered 2 med shamrock shakes. The girl that was wearing reflective material took our order off the timer like they had done the order. Old nuggets don't taste good at all. Watched as she emptied a tray of nuggets that were almost done on time into our box. She also took and filled our fresh frie boxes that were definitely sitting for awhile. Then gave an attitude when my wife asked for fresh ones. Handed us our order and left. Didn't we order 2 med shakes? Someone else made them and didn't mix them very well. Hope a corporate or owner sees this.

Clean restaurant on the inside, cool vibe. Service was sub par at best. We got attitude when we didn’t want to order at the Kiosk. Our 2 Steak Bagels were good BUT Cold. Took about 18 minutes from order time to receive our food. Would have left a survey but your printers suck and the QR code won’t scan. Weird fatty pieces in the Steak Bagels. Very strange visit to McDonalds. Now I know why I don’t come here. $20 bucks for cold steak 😂

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s today. When I asked about the McValue promotion the dept. manager Llina abruptly told me that it “doesn’t run anymore” in a rude dismissive tone that made me feel unwelcome just for asking a simple question. Another team member kindly stepped in to help but Llina then walked all the way from the station to the front counter just to tell me to “get off the line” because there was ONE customer behind me. Her attitude and behavior were completely unprofessional and unnecessary. This is not how a manager should behave. Staff like Llina create a toxic customer experience and should not be in a supervisory role!!! Upper Management should fire her since managers are responsible for setting the tone of service and allowing this to continue will harm your brand and alienate customers. #PoorService

One and only place that got me fresh hot crispy fries at all times doesn’t matter how late it was, my go to place after I get off from work, staffs are always friendly , Thank you guys so much.

I understand restaurants get busy but they never have clean tables and always garbage on the floor. Unacceptable and gross. I have seen busier restaurants that have a cleaner lobby.
