McDonald's Menu Prices at 8435 N Beltline Road ★3.5 (2149)

Every time I go here the fries are terrible. They’re old, re fried, stale, and cold. No salt. Nothing. McDonald’s is known for their delicious fries but this location didn’t get the memo I guess. I’m tired of coming here and hoping the fries will be fresh. Just lazy on their part, it’s take 30 seconds to cook fresh fries.

I was staying near the airport, and this McDonald’s was the closest to my hotel. The lobby area was very nice and comfortable for dining in. The employees were very helpful and quick to prepare my meal. When I arrived, the restaurant was empty, so I was able to sit wherever I liked and enjoy a quiet visit. The location is also surrounded by several retail stores, which makes it very convenient. The food was just as good as any McDonald’s I’ve been to, but the staff at this location really stood out and made the experience even better.

Do not do an order via delivery because it will be wrong every time. They charge you for ketchup packets and they won't include them in your order and if you customize your order it will always be wrong. Here is one example, I ordered no cheese and what did they do, they doubled up on the cheese!!! And I do say every time because I have ordered multiple times in hopes that they get it right, but NOPE, they always screw it up one way or another. So I recommend going in person and that way you are there at least to get them to fix it if it comes out wrong. UPDATE: In response to the owner, I ordered on the McDonald’s app and it says to contact the store. I sho have to contact the store every time my order is wrong. If it was via DoorDash they would have fixed it via the app.

Ordered double filet o fish. Asked for extra tartar sauce was told to pay $1.00 extra I did not get bit. Paid $6.70 for the sandwich, nothing more. Arbys has a better item $7.99 meat and 3. A Better deal than Macdonalds. A fish sandwich, small soda, small fries, 2 cheese sticks and small peach cobbler all these for $1.48 extra. What a deal!!! Real food, notMcDonald's! food like Mcdonalds!

My order hadn’t come out, but an employee named Cameryn checked on me and helped make sure my food was prepared. Thanks to her help, I received my order and was able to leave.
