Had a gift card so we tried this place for date night and we're not disappointed. I'm not sure why but the place was empty for a Thursday. I made a reservation just in case since it was a nice restaurant but there were several empty tables for a Thursday night so the place was a bit quiet. Despite all of that, we had a wonderful server and the food & drinks were amazing. Food wise for 2, I recommend 1 sushi roll and 1 regular app. And share 1 entree. We were basically full by the time our main dishes arrived and even got a side dish which we barely touched. But all in all it was a great experience and would definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice seafood restaurant to dine out.

I came in this evening. It was the same regular deal cold fries. The machine was down for the shakes even though they let me order them and pay for them so when I get the window, it’s like oh well the shake machine isn’t working. I’m like OK well that’s fine. You could just give me a regular soda so she proceeds to try to give me a soda and then send me on my way like I didn’t just pay for two shakes and so I’m like why are you gonna give me my money back and then magically the shake machine starts working again honestly I’m not even sure why you were just try to do that to someone when you know that the cost of a shake is a lot more like you could literally put it back in my car and that would’ve went on about my day but instead you get an attitude because I want my money back because you let me order a shake and pay for it and then tell me that it doesn’t work and then it works so I don’t know maybe that sounds like a personal problem but what do I know?

So when the app messes up i cant get my money back?! They give u this number yo "leave a message" but yet the mail box is full?! Yeah ok. Ill just take this up with corporate, cuz clearly more training with in the store needs to happen. I dont understand how there can be like 10 of yall back there and no on know what to do!. Ill Definitely not be back to this one, yall can kick rocks!

I need someone from management to call me. The lobby is closed and it’s 10:27, you can’t close the doors if your sign clearly says at 11. I will be reporting this to corporate as well. What’s worse is that I knocked on the door and this cashier or worker came to the door and just kept telling me they are closed, she did the hand gesture of being closed. I tried to talk to her telling her your sign says lobby closes at 11, but she kept doing the same thing and not taking accountability to even be respectful and explain why they are closed. Literally afterwards she just walked away, did not apologize or did nothing other than that. I will escalate till I get some action on this, extremely disrespectful experience.

Just ordered thru the app and they messed up our order. Missing nuggets and our large looks more like a medium fry. We had to pull over a wait in a spot for them to still mess up and miss things. There were no cars after us but a car parked at the second pick up window.
