McDonald's Menu Prices at 8779 Fry Rd. ★3 (126)

My recent visit to McDonald’s deserves a serious callout. I ordered 2 Large Fries, a Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese and 2 cheeseburgers. What I got was frankly insulting. The large fries container was half empty. If I’m paying extra for a large, I expect a full portion—not the leftovers from someone else’s order. On top of that, the burger was a total letdown. It barely had any bacon—I counted maybe two limp, thin strips—and the inside looked completely unappetizing, like it had been thrown together without a second of care. I’m not expecting gourmet, but I do expect basic quality control. If this is how customers are being treated, it’s hard to justify coming back.

Please check your order once you receive it, I ordered a big Mac meal and got extra small fries instead of medium fries. Other people complaining here too about their order. What happened to McDonald's excellent customer service?

I had to go through the drive-thru three separate times for the staff to correctly fulfill a 6-count kids nugget meal order. The nuggets I received appeared old and possibly reheated. I requested apple slices but received a different item. When I finally received apples on my third trip through the line, they were clearly expired, brown, soft, and translucent around the edges. This is disappointing, especially for a kids meal. The manager did not apologize and instead took the entire bag back through the window just to replace the apples, rather than simply handing me the correct item. To make matters worse, I was given the wrong item the second time and spoiled apples the third by the manager . The experience reflected poor quality control and poor customer service.

I don't know what happened, this McDonald's was doing pretty good and today we ordered some biscuits and orange juice. First, the orange juice seems to have been diluted with water or something. No flavor whatsoever. Second, the steak biscuit had no seasoning and tasted bland, same with the bacon biscuit. Honestly, very disappointed. Don't think i will be going to this establishment in the near future, but, if i come back and the quality is better, then I'll update my review.

McDonald’s, your online ordering system is awful. Every time I order online, they always have issues getting my order ready. I follow the process on the app and it still takes forever to get my food. No one acknowledges me when I stand by the counter for over 10 minutes. When I finally get someone’s attention, they act confused when I provide the code and the receipt of what I ordered. It should not take 30 minutes after arriving at the restaurant to get my food. What is the point of ordering ahead? Additionally while waiting, I get told “you need to move your car so the truck can get by.” I was parked in a regular parking spot… If you could figure out a better system for online ordering, I would have already been gone and out of the way.
