McDonald's Menu Prices at 3632 S. I-35e ★2.4 (79)

I went through the drive-thru for a quick bite this morning and got me a sausage biscuit with some grape jelly to spread on it. mmm so good! If you are going to frequent McDonald's I recommend downloading the app and signing up for rewards and also linking your payment to your account, this way you just give a four digit code when you place your order and you can bypass the payment process and pick up your food a lot quicker and you're on your way. I wish all restaurants did this. It makes the experience so much better and totally is the meaning of fast food

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This McDonald’s is consistently great, and a big reason is the manager, Carlos. You can tell he really cares about running a smooth operation and taking care of customers. The staff is friendly, the food is fresh, and the place is clean every time I visit. Carlos sets the tone and it shows—definitely one of the best McDonald’s locations around.

Worst McDonalds ever due to the staff and cooks! This time when we pulled through the drive through we were behind a car and nobody else was in line as it was 12:15am and the drive through lady which was a short very heavyset Hispanic lady let us sit there waiting to order for a few mins and then a car pulled up in the second lane and she took their order instead of us and I initially thought it was a malfunction so I backed up and pulled back in and she still let us sit there until I said hello a few times and then she asked to take our order and after I ordered she was silent and I said hello and she said to me… just give me a second very rudely and after waiting for a few mins and she never came back I pulled up and Daniel took our order at the window and he unfortunately had to deal with the brunt of my husband being furious by the way the lady treated us because she has done this to my husband two other times and had told me about how she made him wait over 20 mins last time by telling him to pull forward and then forgetting about an she laughed in his face. So this time my husband we very upset and Daniel handled it extremely well….. very humble gentleman. The Hispanic lady came to the window and was trying to get us to pull forward so that we got skipped yet again by the car behind us and I said no an told her she had the chance to take our order and I wasn’t about to be skipped again. She started screaming and threatening us through the window when I kept refusing to pull forward. Then she rushed back to the cook and a minute later we got my husbands food and it was made horribly wrong so it was all trash! You need to fire this lady and out of all my reviews I have never recommended firing anyone but she needs to be fired for her total disrespectful behavior not only this time but many other times. Look at your reviews and see that it’s not just one person! I own 3 businesses and I would never allow one bad review to go beyond an immediate retraining and then termination if the behavior persisted!

service was fine, employees were nice, but they left out a 2 cheeseburger meal from my mobile order, and i was already home when i saw. it’s late, been at work all day, i was not too keen on the idea of driving all the way back, but there is no way to request a refund or even report missing items on the app, plus this location doesn’t have a phone number for some reason. there was only i & one other other person at this location at the time, so it’s not like they were busy and all over the place. i can understand things happen when things get crazy, but things were not crazy and receiving a refund should be MUCH easier than just having to drive all the way back being the only way. get a phone number at least.

I’ve given this location several opportunities before leaving a review, but the lack of customer service overshadows anything else. This is a new location, so some issues are to be expected, but they have never gotten my order correct. One trip took three attempts to get my missing items. The disorganization is one thing, but I will not be returning to this location due to the attitude of the staff. Each time I’ve gone, they’ve acted angry like I’ve done something to personally offend them or make their jobs more difficult. One worker at the window continually spoke over me after asking questions and then rudely waved me through. Our last trip there, we ordered a 10-piece nugget. Every McDonald’s I’ve ever been to has provided two sauces with a 10-piece. After getting no sauce at all, the worker said she’d have to charge me for both sauces because they had “already put them in the bag.” I offered them to look through the bag and the instead just tossed the sauces through the window at me. We will not be returning to this location and hope that they can get better management in that can hire staff that care about their jobs enough to at least not throw objects through the window.
