McDonald's Menu Prices at 13040 Coit Rd ★3.5 (2186)

10/10. I'm THEIR loyal customer. This restaurant knows my order by heart. The staffs immediately pick up my username when my order goes through. 4 years of McDonald's gets them an immediate 5 stars. Patience is the key with this restaurant. Not every restaurant will have great customer service, but they'll make sure your food is taken care with love and take constructive criticism. To the staffs or former staffs reading my review, you deserve 5 stars. Keep the great work going

Came here at 1 in the morning and had to turn around give my hot and spicy back because it was old and cold and my two cheese burgers because they were missing the bacon. Now after getting all the way home I have no burger meat on neither on my cheeseburgers, the nuggets are old and the only the was fresh was the fries but with no salt. Now I tried to call the store and let them know, and the phone isn’t working. This is ridiculous on so many levels. Something needs to be done about this customer service.

McDonald’s at Coit & 635 – Review This McDonald's is in a prime and super convenient location—close to both Hwy 75 and 635. It's surrounded by a variety of businesses including a nearby hotel, Wells Fargo, CVS, Costco, and lots of food options like Subway, Starbucks, Jack in the Box, and Qdoba. Great spot if you’re on the go or in the area running errands. I went through the drive-thru, which was fairly smooth, though parking in the lot seemed a bit tight if you plan to dine in. One odd moment was when a staff member asked for my receipt—nothing wrong with that in itself, but the way they handled it felt a little suspicious. I had been taking photos, and it seemed like that may have triggered some concern. When I asked for my receipt back, I was told they’d return it to me, but it didn’t feel like they were genuinely checking the order. Overall, the location is convenient, but the interaction left me feeling slightly uneasy. Hopefully just a one-time thing.

I placed an order through the app for inside pick because the option for curbside was not an option. So I tried to walk inside, but both doors are locked at 10:40 PM. On the door it says the lobby is open until 11 PM. I knock on the window and a short Latin Woman/ Possibly Mexican signals that they’re closed While I’m showing her my mobile order on my phone. I then have to walk to the drive-through window. And they tell me to pull my car to the second window. This location is unprofessional. I’d recommend going to the beltline and 75 Location

Patty, the night manager who is about 945 years old likes to scream and curse at people in the drive thru. She also seems to think she's protecting Fort Knox and when someone came to pick up a delivery she wanted to INSPECT the phone. When showing her the button had indeed been pushed CONFIRM she didn't know it had. Patty is not trained and does not know anything about delivery but thinks she is protecting every fry for the corporation and she will scream at you. If you want cold food and the worst manager I've ever seen be sure to stop here
